"We always do our best to accommodate clients timeframe requests. In this instance the client needed the service done almost immediately and using the groupon deal would have delayed the service. We offered the client to purchase the deal directly from us. When we arrived at the house to perform the painting the client had requested many many additional items to be painted and also was not upfront about the amount of drywall repairs that were needed to ensure a quality project. We always go over pricing before doing any work, so to say that the client was "charged on the spot" is an untrue statement. We supplied the client with the price for all of the additional work that was insisted be performed which was not in the original agreement and the client had a decision to accept or decline the work. As far the painter being "creepy" the specific painter has been with our company for over 7 years with no complaints on his client interaction or painting performance skills. We train our employees to communicate with clients on a personal level to ensure clients are comfortable with our employees being in their home and on the property. The painter that performed the work was so efficient that he had time to talk to the client and complete the work that same day as we specified we would even with the additional work being added. If the client did not want to pay for the additional work than they could have rejected the additional work. If the client was not comfortable with the painter they could have asked the painter to leave, call the office to ask for the painter to leave, or call the office to request a new painter."

We Do not Service the Detroit Area, We have reviewed our system and have No record of this client in our system. We also do not have an office in Keego Harbor. We also do not charge a travel fee. If a client provides paint and does thier own prep work; we are, to a degree, limited in the quality of the end result of the project. Our exterior services are of the highest quality and highest grade paint products which result in a lifetime warranty. For this service, we will agree, we are higher priced than 99% of competitors but we do provide a client with a full lifetime labor and materials warranty."
