It went well. They forgot to the do a closet area they agreed to do during the estimate but came back and took care of it.

They came in they went through the crawl space. Cleaned it all out. Took away the garbage. They did it in one day. They had a three man crew. They were extremely polite. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They removed all the mold. They sprayed. I could say that they were great. The guy came over, he took a look around, did some testing. Told us what mold was there, how long it would take. They came in, did the job, cleaned everything up, took everything away with them, all the garbage and everything. They were fantastic.

They lied. I own my home! Bought it in 2002. They've only worked with me and my husband. They have their customers confused. They are crooks and I would not advise using them. I had to replace my floor this year due to their horrible job.

They came two weeks ago. The price was reasonable. I could trust them to work in my house without me being there. They are very good. They were prompt, clean. They cleaned up after the days work and they never promised something they could not deliver.

They are very efficient. The price seems fair for the amount of work they will be doing. They have done everything they need to do so far with regards to the testing. They ended up doing the work and we are very happy with the results. They were a bit high priced, but we are still very pleased with the results.

They were recommended to me independently by my home inspector and my Realtor. They were very reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I wish all contractors were like them!!! You almost want to have mold in your house so you get to work with these true professionals! Even though they are located up in Waterford, they did not hesitate at all to come all the way down to Detroit (EE Village).
