It went well. They forgot to the do a closet area they agreed to do during the estimate but came back and took care of it.

They came in they went through the crawl space. Cleaned it all out. Took away the garbage. They did it in one day. They had a three man crew. They were extremely polite. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They removed all the mold. They sprayed. I could say that they were great. The guy came over, he took a look around, did some testing. Told us what mold was there, how long it would take. They came in, did the job, cleaned everything up, took everything away with them, all the garbage and everything. They were fantastic.
Description of Work: I used Mold Experts of Michigan for mold remediation.

They lied. I own my home! Bought it in 2002. They've only worked with me and my husband. They have their customers confused. They are crooks and I would not advise using them. I had to replace my floor this year due to their horrible job.
Description of Work: I contacted mold experts when we had mold in our kitchen from a leak. The lady who works with the owner was outright rude. I stopped talking to her and made my husband deal with her. The mold remediation was fine. The contractors they used to replace the floor was horrible. To this day my hardwood floor shifts and squeaks. I would not recommend this company.

They came two weeks ago. The price was reasonable. I could trust them to work in my house without me being there. They are very good. They were prompt, clean. They cleaned up after the days work and they never promised something they could not deliver.
Description of Work: I used Mold Experts of Michegan for a service. It was for water damage. They did mold testing.

Description of Work: I didn't end up needing the services that this company offers, as we had a 'mold scare' during the home inspection of a residence that we were buying. There were a few spots on the basement wall, nothing big, but the home inspector tried to have us agree to a $400 air quality test on the spot. We passed, and called a few mold places to get a second opinion. The lady that I spoke with was so informative, honest and real, and didn't want us to waste our money on something that we could handle ourselves. I was referred to them by two different people, and now I understand why. Although I didn't use their services, I did gain insight into their business practices, and I liked what I saw so far.

They are very efficient. The price seems fair for the amount of work they will be doing. They have done everything they need to do so far with regards to the testing. They ended up doing the work and we are very happy with the results. They were a bit high priced, but we are still very pleased with the results.

The company was called at 8am on Monday morning to request an estimate. The phone was not answered and the call was never returned. On Wednesday another call was placed and the receptionist was very rude. We were told they charge a $65 fee just to provide an estimate. Very unprofessional.

They were recommended to me independently by my home inspector and my Realtor. They were very reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I wish all contractors were like them!!! You almost want to have mold in your house so you get to work with these true professionals! Even though they are located up in Waterford, they did not hesitate at all to come all the way down to Detroit (EE Village).
Description of Work: I bought a foreclosure which among other things had bad water damage from a leaking flat roof on the addition. When the ceiling was taken down, some of the wood and most of the insulation were full of mold. This company tested it, removed all moldy material, put in a commercial-rate dehumidifier to dry out everything, and put a mold-repelling coating on the wood. PS. I put N/A for price because I only got an estimate from this one company so I don't know how they compare.
