"Thank you, Mr. S[Consumer name withheld at their request] for taking the time to give us this awesome review! We pride ourselves on making our clients happy. Without you there would be no us!"
"Thank you, Judy for the great review! The girls think you're awesome too! In fact they argue about who gets to go to your house! Look forward to building a long and lasting business relationship with you."
"I am the owner of SPC and I am not sure why this one-time customer wrote this scathing review, and am especially bothered that she chose to name one of my employees by name without providing specifics on why the low rating. First, the decision to send a crew of 3 was my decision, based on staff availability and customer routes. I spoke directly with this customer about the possible need for 3 cleaners, as did my office manager. Please note: It did not cost my customer any more to have a staff of three clean her house. With three, they clean for proportionately less time and I discount their time as well. Second, as for the allegation that "protocol is that the maids don?t clean as good when the homeowner is not there." is simply untrue. My staff provides a high quality service regardless of whether the homeowner is there or not -- please see my high rating and reviews without this errant one. Third and last, I think this customer may have just wanted to receive a discounted service. She called my office after the cleaning and said that the crew missed some items. As is our practice, we offered to return to the home and perform the additional services (free of charge). She refused that offer and insisted on a deep discount, which I gave her. She did not indicate this level of dissatisfaction to me or my office manager during these exchanges. Two months later I receive this review from HomeAdvisor. Only after she has spoken with some (anonymous) former employee of mine, and out of the blue, she gives me my lowest rating to date on HomeAdvisor and calls out one of my long-time staff members by name. This is not a true reflection on my company and I urge you to look at other reviews or call me -- I will provide a number of personal references for you."
