My well pump that is utilized for the sprinkler system was continually turning on. I had Glen’s number in my cell phone from a previous visit a few years ago. Glen Maglothin came out was able to determine issue was due to leak somewhere in the sprinkler system. Sprinkler system representative came out and repaired what they thought was the issue but it didn’t solve the problem. Glen came back again even though he knew the problem was not with the well pump. He offered to do a meet with the sprinkler representative at a schedule time. To make a long story short Glen is serious about providing exemplary customer service! He is and expert in the business, very responsive and puts his customers first!

It was good. He was here within 45 minutes. He fixed it for 4 hours. He was quick.

I had low well pressure with sporadic loss of water and reached out to three well companies at 9:30 P.M. Sunday night. Within five minutes Glen from Maglothin Well and Water called me. He came out the next day, assessed the situation, and quoted me a good price to replace my well pump and holding tank. While removing the old parts he showed me what was causing the issue which I appreciated. Not only was he pleasant to work with but also very honest, competent, and courteous. I highly recommend him. Oh, by the way, the other two companies never called back.
