Lakeland Water Conditioning & Purification

Excellent. Two individuals who came out were very knowledgeable. They did their best to get us back in service without expensive replacement of equipment. This has been my experience with Lakeland for the last 20 years. I first hired them when I bought the house to get the softener working again. I had several companies out, and they all wanted to replace everything for thousands. Lakeland came out and adjusted the control and it worked for another 8 years until the bed gave out. I had Lakeland replace the bed and controls. I also purchased an RO system from them which they installed and I have had no problems. Lakeland is a company I feel I can trust to do only what is necessary to fix my problem.

The work was less than satisfactory, the employee John forgot to remove old equipment, so he admits. After 3 weeks I called and they said he could get it in a day or two with his sons help. John is my neighbor and his son says I am a rude F**B** to my daughter in the company of other children. I tell my daughters to get in the car after I am told my piece of SH*T car isnt allowed on their rented property. I just needed Johns help. John needs a lesson on social skills. Especially his son who cusses fowl language at young children. I am reporting to CPS who already frequents their rented house, and BBB. I am not done yet.

Poor. When no callback after 4 hours, was told it could actually take 1-3 days for tech to be assigned. Got one that day, but he showed up 2 hours late without a call. We paid for work and he left. Repair started leaking the next day. Had to wait beyond the 4th of July weekend to get comeback. First day promised 3 pm, then did not show or call. Second day showed up without calling, so no one was home. Finally talked to Tech #2 (Woody) for appt on 3rd day, 7 days after initial repair. Both techs showed up, verified tech #1 (Jim) messed up, and repaired the repair. Tech #1 said nothing, tech #2 was friendly and apologetic for delays.

It went tremendously.   Mark didn't charge us a dime!  He was great - very friendly, very professional, extremely knowledgable.  He was on-time, he called to let us know he was on his way, again, just very professional all the way around.  I would give Lakeland, and particularly Mark, my highest recommendation.  A+++!!  (NOTE: I gave a "B" for responsiveness, only because initially Lakeland took a little longer than I would have liked to return my call.  That has NOTHING to do with Mark; and it was definitely worth the small wait!)

It turned out fine. He came out and replaced a part in the water softener. He didn't do water analysis be he was able to repair it which was better than having to replace it. He was punctual and explained everything. He was real good. They were the ones that installed it and so we would probably stick with them.

Our experience with them was okay. The mechanism that is used to activate broke on it and they had to replace it. Other than that we were happy with them. It works well and everything is fine. The person who installed it was very friendly and professional and everything was good. We did not get any other quotes. From what we understand they have pretty good competitive prices. My parents had used when I was younger in another house. I was familiar with them.
