It was great! The gentleman actually came out on Christmas morning and made the repairs without any issues.

They put in two furnaces and two air conditioner units for us. So, we obviously like them very much. We like their installers, prices, warranties and service. We have nothing but great things to say about them. We have spent $10000 for everything in about a year's time. We liked their sales team as they were not pushy. Their prices were excellent. It was not the cheapest but it was also not the most expensive and we thought that it was fair. They also offered warranties and their service was included for a year or two after that. They did one thing with the furnace for us that no other company did. They actually measured till the basement to figure out the exact size that we needed and because they did that we were eligible for the rebate from the consumers energy. The consumers energy needed that measurement and no other company had done that except them. We got only a couple of hundred dollars back but it did not hurt. They did not do it during their first visit but did it during their other visit after a couple of days like they said. They got us the proper size for what we were looking at for our house which was good. Their price was very reasonable and comparable. We had a problem with one of our air conditioners and it froze after using it for a week or two. A fluke thing had happened. So, they came out and repaired it. We were top priority as it was very hot and they fixed it. It has been fine and we have not had any problems since then. Their communication was very good as we could always get a hold of somebody. We would definitely use them again in the future.

They did a nice job of installing - very neat job. The installers were professional and courteous. The job took a little longer than expected but the installation space was very tight. Since it was summer time, they installed the A/C unit first in a half a day and followed up with the furnace the next day or two. All went well. I recommend them.

very smooth, a minor leak in return line - a dribble really - required a return visit which was scheduled for a few days later as there was no real need to rush. The place was clean and the documentation organized upon completion.

Overall, we liked them very much. We took with them a lot of extra time in planning the job. They are the only contractors who did a weird calculation to make sure that the furnaces were of proper size for a living space. I guess we had a little issue with the little bit of a leak after they did the initial installation and they came right out and fixed it without any problem. They were very timely. Overall, we were very very happy. We also had them install our two new air conditioning units over the summer as well and we are also very pleased with the job that they did. I think that they are definitely up to the merit in terms of the latest changes in technology for heating and air conditioning. We are impressed that they knew efficient furnaces. They made very good recommendations and explained the new technology to us very well so that we could understand it. They are also very up-to date on the issues associated with the tax credit and getting rebates from our local utility companies. They are very efficient, very competent and they do a great job. We would use them again in the future.

Was very happy with the installation. I didn't like the location of one of the furnace pipes and they came back and moved if for me. They, also, repaired one of the old existing heat pipes that had come apart. They were very pleasant and helpful. They removed the old furnace and cleaned up the mess. Even the township inspection said they did a nice job.

Their service was quick, clean, and good.
