 + -1 moreThis company did fall inspection on baseboard water heating system in a rental house I own in Milford, Mi. They said it was safe but in bad shape and boiler and valves should be replaced, $5000.00 or more. In Nov. the upstairs zone failed to heat. They gave an estimate of minimum $1250 but implied it was a very difficult job and could cost more. They again recommended replacing the boiler. I had another estimate, $846.00 with itemizing of all parts needed. Second company did a very nice job for the quoted price. They said that while the boiler looked rusty on outer cover it was fine and working well.
Description of Work: Roger gave an estimate of minimum $1250.00 on work on my heating system and recommended that the furnace be replaced.
