They're good. I like them. I went to them because of the salesmen. I have certain criteria and my salesman can locate what I want. I wish they had a different location, a little better location but they can't do much about that. They've been there a long time it's just the area is kind of, there's not too much around there any more.

They did their work and I am very satisfied.

First time I purchased a car from this dealer. What a great experience. I am going back on Monday for tutorial on all the controls. Let you know how it goes.

Went very well, Insurance covered everything but part of the rental car. Lunghammer waived the rental car coverage that wasn't covered. Come to find out, if you don't have insurance coverage for rental they will give you one.
Work has always been excellent. We have had many vehicle repairs done there over the years.
The Lunghammer on M59 at Airport Road has excellent body work services as well.

I just drop in, didn't need an appointment and I was out in probably less than a half hour. They checked everything and told me I needed new windshield wiper blades which I had forgotten about, so they replace that too. They also gave me checklist of all the things that they went over and what are the results for so I knew what my tire pressure was, fluids and anything that might need addressing in the future.

I did not buy my Chevrolet there but I ended up going there for service. They are a little out of my way from where I live but I found these guys to be pretty good in service. They are responsive.

I went through Costco and Lunghamer Chevrolet was their assigned dealership.  I initially was looking for a Chevy Volt, more out of curiosity than anything.  I was initially contacted by Kristi Hunt, their internet sales person.  She was very cooperative and understanding of my specific requirements and questions.
After speaking with Kristi for a few days, I went to the dealership for a test drive.  I met with James Clouse to test drive the Volt.  I ended up not being a fan of the Volt, but saw a Chevy Sonic.  James then took me on a test drive in the Sonic, which I ended up purchasing.Lunghamer gave me the trade in value I wanted, with no haggling.  The sales process was smooth and efficient.  I never once felt pressured to by anything.I would definitely go back again for my next car.
