Rick was prompt in responding to my inquiry and came out immediately to do a quote. He was professional in his demeanor and communicated effectively every step of the way. The gentleman who painted was very thorough, conscientious, and took pride in his work. Excellent work ethic. Rick ensured we were completely satisfied at every phase and at final inspection.

The company did a great job. They also did the back side exterior of our house several years ago and it still looks brand new.

The service was excellent, the painter did a very good job, impressed since they told me that the work will be done in 3 days, and it was indeed completed in 3 days. They were professional, fast and cleaned up the area exceptionally well. And Mr. Gladstone was excellent in communication, he was always follows up without prompting and always returns calls promptly. I would have them back again for future projects. Rick at Independent Painters was fantastic to work with. He was prompt in setting up a quote for the work I wanted done on my home and was out to my home within a few days to survey the job. I asked to have the aluminum siding, wood flashing, and wood pillars of my home power washed and painted. He was easy to work with, friendly, and knowledge about the work to be done and the products that his company would use. Within a few weeks, one of his workers, Steve, come to my home complete the job. Steve was also wonderful. Over the course of the four days of work, he was thorough in tending to minor repairs needed in the wood and siding before painting, thoroughly cleaned the siding, and was very precise and careful with application of the paint. Steve did not stain or drip any paint, and did not leave a mess. He applied smooth and even coats, with no drips or marks in the painted services. I was allowed to review the work prior to payment and Steve was very accommodating in attending to minor adjustments that I asked for. Overall, Independent Painters did wonderful work, and as they also do interior painting, I have requested that Rick provide a quote for some interior work that needs to be done this fall.

We feel fortunate to have had Rick Gladstone and his team paint our home. The crew was considerate, friendly, respectful as well as being knowledgeable and skilled. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to have them working on our home. They treated our landscape with "kid gloves", even bringing extra supports to protect my roses from paint splatters! Despite the fact that I had planted close to both the house and garage, not a plant was trampled. (A feat I can't get over, especially when you consider the heft of all the ladders as well as maneuvering it entailed to reach every little nook and cranny.) I as a dedicated gardener, tend those tight corners and at least one plant gets smashed into oblivion, but the crew managed to avoid our plants. Most important of all, the actual job is amazing. The exterior woodwork was restored, all chipped and peeling paint scraped or sanded off and primer and finish coats expertly applied. We had set out to have our house painted, but what we have is a restoration. The house will be 100 years old in a few years and thanks to Independent painters it is the pride of our block.
