"I told you that the nation is in a crisis right now, and that per state law we are on quarantine. I told you when the ban was lifted I will come out and personally fix your driveway whether we are at fault or not. You demanded that I do it now because you are more concerned with trying to sell your home, than the public safety. I did disconnect the phone call when you kept getting more aggressive in your conversation. Please see below for the accurate account of what ACTUALLY transpired in the phone call that late evening: ? She called LATE at night ? She demanded that we come fix her driveway no matter if it was our fault or not because she was in a rush to sell her house. ? We explained that currently due to the COVID-19 STAY AT HOME ORDER we are unable to work, leave the house for anything other than essential business. ? We offered to come look at it and even fix it regardless if it was our fault or not WHEN THE BAN WAS LIFTED. ? She was still not satisfied with that answer, told us she doesn?t care about our safety/ health or that of or our employees and kept demanding we come out. ? We then explained again about the fines/tickets that we could incur if we disregarded the COVID-19 STAY AT HOME ORDER. Nothing was calming her down. She kept being aggressive in her conversation. NOBODY CUSSED AT HER! Eventually the phone call was disconnected. We cannot stress enough that we made every attempt to let her know we would be by to look at and fix her concerned regardless of fault in the situation when and only when it was safe for us and our employees and when COVID-19 STAY AT HOME ORDER was lifted. As so everyone is also aware. We warranty our work. We love to make our customers happy and keep them that way. Normally when you inflict damage onto your driveway in the winter using a snow plow that is not covered under warranty because in all reality you are SCRAPING the sealer off with the plow. The homeowner who wrote this incorrect and defamatory review has a driveway that is nearly half a mile long and in a very wooded area nothing but trees. There is no way that someone would shovel a driveway of that length. Evn though we knew it was not our fault we still WERE WILLING TO KEEP HER A HAPPY CUSTOMER just when the time was right based on safety, health, and government regulations. The asphalt plants to get product from were also not even open when she was demanding this also BECAUSE OF COVID-19. I just want everyone to know the facts."
