Not professional. Inaccurate quoting. Sprinklers don't even cover my entire yard. Keith got mad at me when I asked if job can be corrected. Was supposed to provide sprinkler winterization. Never did it. I had to pay for another company to do it. Never heard from Keith again. Other company said sprinklers were not installed correctly. Now I have to pay to have them done right. This company was referred by Riteway Landscaping. Both "companies" are unreliable.

We had gotten a couple of estimates at the time and Ground Affects were considerably less. I was tempted to go with the higher price but my husband didn't want to put any more money into the project so we went with them just based on their price. In selling the job they agreed that they could do everything that we wanted.
One of the specifications that we asked was that they hand carry the materials to the area as there is not a lot of access room to get to the area. When I came back from work the day they started, I found out that they had used equipment to move the material and had torn up the grass in our yard and our neighbor's yard. I still have spots that have not recovered. We had to fix up the neighbor's yard and fix up ours. When we had complained to him, his fix was to throw down some seed. This job was in mid to late October, so of course that would not fix anything.
The brick work we had hired him to do was very unsatisfactory. When I was here I looked at it and I mentioned that it didn't look square to the house to me. He assured me that it was but when he put the pavers up the walk to the brick stairs that he had just built, it was not square and he put slivers of brick in to cover the gap or left it open.
