Our team is committed to providing our clients with quality craftsmanship, exceptional communication, superior service, unsurpassed attention to detail and the value they deserve. Full service means there is no part of your project we can’t handle. We only work on a few projects at a time to ensure that your project gets the attention needed to be executed efficiently. We keep our overhead low to allow us to provide the most value to our customers without cutting quality, workmanship or service. You deal directly with the owner from start to finish not a salesperson. We listen to your ideas, explain the steps, educate you on the different products and methods available and together make the decisions that are right for you and your home.

Description of Work: Visited his booth at the smaller builders show at the Ultimate Soccer Arena in March spoke in depth about what we anted he was all gung ho. 12 jobs a year and I can do yours! We were the first to sign his sheet. Never heard from him, I called him twice left specific messages as we did that day with the times to call after 7:30pm. He called once after my second call at 4:30 and said I guess I missed you I will try again, never heard after that. I will not do business with a company that can't return calls. The above date represents the builders show date!

I'm Bruce Hudalla The Owner of Creative Remodeling Solutions. I did talk with her at the Ultimate Soccer Home Show on Saturday 3-14-15 about their Kitchen project. The show had a tremendous turnout and I was booked solid with for 3 weeks of evening appointments that I set at the show. Most of my appointments are in the evening after my clients come home from work and generally start around 6:00-6:30pm and last to around to 9:00-9:30pm. Having scheduled appointments every night it was not possible to call at their requested time after 7:30pm. I thought it would be rude to call after 9:00pm and so I did not. I did call her back after her message which was around 4:30pm and before 7:30pm because I was on my way to an appointment and knew I would not be able to call after 7:30. I just wanted to let them know that I got their message and was available to schedule an appointment if they would like to discuss their kitchen project and how I might be able to help. I never heard from them again. I am sorry that they felt that they were slighted. It was just bad timing. I was not able to contact them at the time that was most convenient for them. I wish them the very best with their kitchen project.

Creative Remodeling Solutions, Inc. If you watch shows like Holmes on Homes and wish you could hire someone like him, this is who you want. If you want the lowest bidder, go somewhere else. (you deserve what you get) They show up as promised, write up purchase orders, get permits, do the work professionally and offer advice on improvements (at additional cost). No surprises. Here is an example. The wood floor in the kitchen was repaired and had to be refinished. This required a new moulding piece around the cabinets. The pieces were ordered from the original cabinet manufacturer and cut down to a smaller size (yes, I'm picky) to make it look perfect. Another example, the six panel interior doors added at this time were finished on site. Neighbors recently commented on how nice they looked and how much time CRS spent finishing and sanding them outside. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use them again. (Hopefully not for another flood)
Description of Work: Repairs after water damage from a broken pipe. Replaced damaged wood floors, bathroom cabinet, laundry floor, hall floor, kitchen cabinet moulding. Upgrades -- carpeting, tile floor, laundry room, toilet, and interior doors.
