ARTISTIC LANDSCAPING & CONCRETE

I called Steve the owner on his cell phone and told him the framing was not done right. He said he would come Friday to fix it. He did not show, has not answered numerous calls to his home & cell phone and I have left messages on his machine every 3 days to please come & make it right. He has not called or responded since I reached him that one time. I told him when he did the job if he did it well we would give him a good score on Angie's List. But he has not even had the courtesy to call & let us know when or if he will return. I have not been threatening in my calls, just simply asking him to come complete the job, letting him know he can come anytime, even if we are not at home. At this date, nothing. On 8/21/06 the contractor (Steve) returned to repair the sloppy framing to the paving job he did on 7/24/06. Because of the initial sloppy work, terrible communication, & long wait to get my repair work done, I can not recommend this company for landscaping, concrete and paving work.
