He showed up on time, handled the situation in a very professional manner, and quickly made the repair.
I had also recommended him to a friend that had no heat in the middle of the winter. They had been told that they had to purchase a new furnace (at considerable expense). Bill saw that it was still under warranty and told the manufacturer what the problem was. The owner had to wait for the manufacturer to send the part but Bill installed it promptly. My friends were VERY grateful that the repair bill was reasonable, even with 2 trips and filing for the warranty claim for them.
