Lee and Kevin did an excellent job replacing our 30 year old HVAC system with a brand new system. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up and removed all of the old while installing the new. Their price was very competitive and the installation went as planned. I always say "plan the work and work the plan". Lee had an excellent plan and performed it well. Kevin and Lee did my yearly maintenance and I asked them about getting heat into the spare rooms.  I have had problems with distribution of heat in the house for 10 years.  They explained everything about dampers and put a new one in a few days later.  When they were doing the maintenance they also noticed that my humidifier was not working.  I had them replace that too.  What a huge difference!  This is the most comfortable winter I have had in 10 years!  They were on time, returned calls in a timely manner, laid down cloth to protect the floor, and cleaned up.  You know what else?  The light in my utility closet broke.  They bought me a new light, installed it and would not accept payment.  These guys know customer service and they go above and beyond.

My husband and I were very impressed with Mr. Love's and his son's punctuality, professionalism, and the quality of their work.   They were very friendly and courteous.  The hot water heater was installed efficiently and it was very fairly priced.  It was a very positive experience.    What really sold us on this company is that we had to call them to return to our home for additional work on the hot water heater (no fault of theirs).  Mr. Love was at our home within two hours of my telephone call and did the work that needed to be done.  AND - he didn't charge us any additional fees even though it had nothing to do with the water heater we purchased or the quality of the work.  We had to have the anrod (?) removed from the water heater due to it causing a water odor.    I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will most definitely call them for any future plumbing services we may need.  It's hard to find honest, reliable, reasonable and highly qualified people, but we did and are very happy to recommend them.
