They did a fabulous job, on time and cleaned up after the job was finished. I would highly recommend Manuel Roofing !!!!!

Roof replaced July 2021. In March 2021 water coming inside from wall above door wall. Mr Manuel Garcia called back last weekend of June after numerous calls and text messages. No further response since then to my calls and text messages. Hope he reads this and fixes the problem before winter.

The install went exceptionally well. Very neat and efficient. Done in a day! And done right!

I shopped around getting quotes from many roofers. Some went really really bad. Some very hard core sales people out there. I literally had to throw two guys out. Manual was great to deal with. He came out the same day I called and quoted the roof. He gave me shingle samples. He gave a very detailed quote on what he was going to do. After researching his company and the materials everything was great. Manual uses the best shingles. He also came on time and I did not have to wait long for him to get started. They finished the job on one 95 degree day. Quality seems great so far and the price is the best. Very responsive and easy to deal with. I highly recommended.

Could not ask for anything more. Small company with a great work ethic. Fast and efficient, the crew works as an experienced team, not a minute wasted. Owner visits work site and is on the roof before and after to check details. Big job completed in one day.

Manuel Roofing did a great job. The price was absolutely fair, the company owner and his employees conduct themselves in a most professional and pleasant manner, communication was excellent, and we're very happy with the look of our new roof. Tina called and kept us informed through the whole experience. She is very professional and also a really nice person. On the day of the job, the shingles were here at 8 am and the employees were here before 8:30 am. I was here for the first few hours and everyone worked non-stop. I think 7 or 8 people were working here in all. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were supposed to be doing and they jumped right to it; no one stood around. Any crew member that spoke to me had a smile and polite attitude. Manuel was here when I left, up on the roof, overseeing the job. I had to leave for the rest of the day, but when I got home by 6:30 pm, everyone was gone, everything was cleaned up, and the roof looked great. Manuel is a hard-working business owner, has a highly trained crew working for him, and clearly has set high standards for them. He cares about the quality of the work performed and cares about the reputation of his company. We're already recommending this company to our friends and co-workers.

It was an outstanding job so I'm happy with them. They did a very good job. They came when they said they would and finished the job on time.

My home is 13 years old and had begun to show signs of premature shingle deterioration, right about the same time as many of my neighbors were having their roofs replaced.  Reluctant to take on the expense, I gathered referrals from neighbors/friends and ultimately secured 4 quotes, one of which was from Manuel Roofing.  Manuel came to the house to measure, took the time to explain why the roof had failed in just 1/3 of its intended lifespan, and to discuss preferred options for repair/replacement.  Based on what I found to be a very competitive quote (almost $4000 less than the lowest of the 3 remaining), I hired Manuel Roofing to do a full tear-off and replacement.  Within a couple of weeks, they had scheduled an installation date, and the crew showed up as promised and completed the work in just one day.  I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism displayed by the entire crew and couldn't have been happier with the cleanup - there was virtually NOTHING left behind from the tear-off, including nails and staples.  They were very conscientious and I can say without a doubt that I am extremely pleased with the entire transaction - not to mention I have a beautiful new roof at a price I can afford.

I have already recommended them a couple of times. The only complaint I had was that they let some stuff fly all over my yard. They did chase it down and clean it all up.

It was a wonderful experience. Very thorough and competent workers, polite, on time. Great estimates, no extra charges for anything, answered all my questions and some. I made changes and he was great !!

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Manuel, the owner, came out to provide the estimate. He was professional and gave me the impression that he and his employees would provide me with excellent service. He provided three choices with different roof systems and costs. His cost was the lowest. His warranty is comparable to other roofers estimates. He was also extremely flexible with the start date.
The day they came out to replace my roof the workers were all courteous and were careful to protect the landscaping. They completed the job in two days. At the end of each day they cleaned up the area around the house so that there was no mess. They also cleaned the gutters and at the last rain we had no problem with our gutters clogging up. The roof looks great.
