+ -1 moreWent near flawless, from start to finish. Had 1 minor design detail fixed that did not hold up the project, it was detected and corrected. From foundation and concrete pouring, to rough in sides, roof, window, side entry door, underground wiring to code, to finished exterior, electrical wiring inside (lights, plugs), gutters, and paint, there were no stops due to workmanship, the team worked great together, no interruptions. An overall professional and quality product. I just completed another project (windows) with this company and I will write a separate review on that (another quality job).
Description of Work: Built a 20'x20' additional garage on the back 40 of my property, on a 24'x24' slab meeting city code for rat wall and foundation requirements. Obtained city of Troy permits and approvals at every stop, including foundation, structure, electrical and final. All green stickers (city approved 1st inspection each). Finished product was a beautiful garage with vinyl siding, perfect grade slope for ridge vent roof, overhangs and pillars, a glass block window, steel dead bolt side door and 8'x8' roll up door, lighting, heavy duty trusses for upper storage, properly spaced electrical outlets, and underground (from house) wiring. Magnificent job. Completed job with cleaning up where the construction equipment tore up the lawn, with soil and grass seed, brick paver walkway to the garage. Steve Kulik, owner of K&K was great to work with, understood my concept drawings and what I wanted, and made it happen. I provided every single detail of what I wanted in this garage, and the company came through. Price was very reasonable.
