It started out fine for 2 weeks. They didn't come to work for 3 weeks. They won't tell you if they are coming but except you to be there with the door open ready for you to let them work. They don't cleaning up the mess and have damaged things in my home. They are not willing to communicate or negotiate with getting the work finished. They are very "me way or the highway" and "don't tell us how to do my job." This job has taken away too long, they just kept asking for more and more money. They won't say they couldn't work if they didn't get more money. They started the job around September 23, 2015 and should have finished it by now (December 17, 2015). They wouldn't work a full days work, they would come with 1-2 workers around 10 am and be gone by around 3 pm.

Awful! We hired these guys to complete a job that they said would take about a week. However, 4 weeks later and only a night crew working in our house 6-12 pm, the job was completed and is anything, but High Quality.  A week after the drywall was done and the mud all dried, every seam started cracking.  It was clear that there was no tape used during the process. When I tried calling the company back I talked to one of the owners and he said he would talk to his partner about it. I was patient for a week and tehn called back.  When I got a hold of them they hung up on me! When I got a hold of them the second time, same thing!  I sent several emails and placed several calls and no response yet.

Great job. 100% satisfied

They were friendly and timely and professional. They replaced all the rotten wood on my house, caulked and painted. They were very clean and prompt. Im thrilled with the outcome. They also power washed my deck and replaced the bad boards and stained it with a product called deck over. It looks like a new deck. We are so happy. We've had issues with contractors in the past, but this company is wonderful. I highly reccomend High Quality Contracting. Thanks John and Joe.
