Not well. They were a little delayed in getting the work done. Finally came out to clear & stake and almost forgot an area we asked them to do. If we hadn't caught them the next day it would have been left off. Then within just a few months cracks appeared. Promised to redo job but after two years will no longer answer our calls. What is even sadder is the owner is a close friend of a family member and they will not live up to their promises even through a close relationship let alone a general consumer.

Not well. If we had not caught the men after they staked it out they would have forgotten an area we had requested for our BBQ. Job looked great upon completion but within months began cracking badly. Owner came out and agreed to redo the work but since then will not answer or return our calls. Even sadder part is this was a close friend of a family member and he would not even ensure good work and workmanship through such a close referral.

Everyone on the worksite was great and they were very professional. They did a good job with the patio and they worked efficiently and cleaned up everything well. The only complaint I have is that it took a very long time to actually get the patio installed and the communication has room for improvement. We had our order put in at the end of August so we knew it would be deep into the fall before it could be installed. We were told it would be mid-late October. Once it hit mid October and I hadn't heard anything regarding our patio I began to call to see where we were in the line up. I heard every two or so weeks from then to when we had the work done in December that we were just a few down on the list or should be ready to go in the next week. However, I would recommend them overall as the patio is great and we are happy with the work. I feel that they are probably more punctual earlier in the season and part of our issue was deciding on a patio so late in the summer.

Very well.  They were there when they said they would be and despite difficult weather conditions they finished on time and with good results.  The builder of the pole barn (a high quality manufacturer) reviewed their work several weeks after the job was done and they said he did everything right.

Capital Building Systems installed a beautiful bi-level stamped concrete
patio, front walk, and driveway apron for us in April, 2012. Throughout the
entire process, Vince was knowledgeable, dependable, and professional.
He communicated with us each day what would take place so we knew what
to expect. The entire crew was polite, friendly, and professional. We
love our patio....and so do our neighbors! As a matter of fact, one of
them hired Capital Building Systems to pour a stamped patio and two
sidewalks for them. Their patio is just as beautiful as ours. We both have
received so many compliments on the concrete work. I would highly recommend them.

The job went very well. 90% of the job was finished in one day. The rest was finished the following morning. Vince Pollock is very easy to deal with. He gave me a reference and I checked out that job before signing. He did all the things I requested (pouring the replacement walkway in a slightly different position, drains for the downspouts). He and his crew were very careful to minimize disruption to the lawn and managed to get all the old cement removed without damaging anything. They left the job site very clean. The new cement looks really good and I have gotten compliments from my neighbors. All in all, a good experience with no surprises.

Excellent service. Our phone calls were returned quickly. Vince was prompt for appointments. Despite bad weather, the project was completed within the time frame promised. I would highly recommend them for work.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW THEIR PRODUCTS VERY WELL. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB OF STAMPING THE DESIGN INTO THE WET CONCRETE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.
