Vince is a top of the line professional concrete patio builder. He just put in two stamped concrete patios- one for me and one for my neighbor and they both turned out beautifully. Vince was very responsive when I first contacted him, he was prompt and very professional throughout the entire process. His price was very fair, especially considering his level of professionalism. I have another neighbor who had a patio done by someone else and the difference is unbelievable. Highly recommend

Received a very competitive quote to install a cement floor in my barn from Capital Building Systems. Vince and his crew came out in a very timely manner, completed the job in just a couple day. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the finished work and workmanship.I would highly recommend this company for any building needs.

We used this company to do driveway repairs. This company did a less than acceptable job removing and replacing the six concrete slabs we contracted them for. THEY ALSO LEFT OUR PROPERTY A MESS. The driveway was not cleaned off where they tracked dirt and spilled concrete; concrete pieces were left in our grass; and the lawn they moved to place their forms was never replaced when they came to get their forms. Overall grade out of 5 is 0.5

The owner Vince was personally involved in the work. He was right there spreading concrete and finishing the surface of garage floor and driveway. All his guys were friendly and good workers. They showed up on time and completed the projected in a timely manner.

Everything about working with the company was great, from the initial visit with Jay who really worked with us to help us figure out what we really wanted to Vince and his crew. They showed up when they said they would, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards . I was extremely impressed by the fact that they were building a wall on our patio, had enough block to finish but did not like the quality of what they had left, he waited till the next day so he could get better and finished the job. Our new patio looks great!!

Capital Building kept all their promises, and Vincent (the Owner) was involved in every step of the project. My new 2-tone concrete driveway, stamped patio and walkway looks great!

Vince and his crew just finished my patio in Macomb Twp. Vince was an honorable businessman and conducts himself professionally. My wife and I threw some curveballs changing up the design a bit and adding an additional slab to the end of our driveway. His crew accepted the changes and were courteous and accommodating to what we wanted.

From getting the project quoted to having the actual patio being installed everything went flawless. We had a great hard working group of guys that got the job done fast and cleaned up after they were done. Patio came out better than expected. They also checked in with us as they progressed to make sure we approved or had any changes in mind. Great job and thanks again.

The work looked to be well done, except for some mess left behind, but within 12 months I have one large crack in the driveway and another in the exposed aggregate sidewalk. Additionally, the amount of heaving (about 2 inches) leads me to believe the site prep was not done well.

Project: Install concrete approach to garage, sidewalk and steps to front porch, and 3 tier patio on newly constructed home. Vince and crew were a pleasure to work with! showed up at promised time, worked full days, and every thing looks great! Cleaned up after job. Would definitely hire again for future needs!

They have not done the work yet - I was truly impressed with Jay - he responded to my request immediately - we played phone tag for a couple of days yet when we connected he gave me an appointment the next day - He is knowledgeable and professional - I am looking forward to seeing the finished product in a few weeks
