They do all custom stainless steel stuff. Custom manufacturer of Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper and Carbon steel architectural interior and exterior sheet metal products. This is the worst company I ever worked with! You would call them and they never called you back. Four months I would wait for this thing with steel back splash and I'd be calm and my decorator would be calm and they wouldn't respond. What they eventually did was beautiful but when they did the hood in my house that where they actually vented out through the roof they have it so it vents through the stainless steel hood. But when you turn the sucker on, it sounds like an airplane going off. When you're cooking and you have all those vent I can't use it if people are here. I said to them, "That's not right" I said, "That should be venting through the roof" and they never fixed it. It's been two years. So I can't use it. Every time I have somebody, electrician, a plumber and somebody I'm like, "Someone help me fix this" It's awful! I don't want anybody else to go through it. They probably came on time. You don't really have anything to compare them to because you know who does stainless steel back splashes? You don't have that many options.

They came out, took measurements, and took a down payment in the amount of $324, and I never heard back from them. We have made over 20 calls to them, and have never heard back from them. We are very upset about this experience. We just want our money back from them.

The sales rep. was prompt to reply to our request for quote. We asked TruFab to match an existing counter and they made an exact match of the new counter to the old one. The job was completed in a timely manner and even though they made some measurement mistakes, they made sure that the finished product was corrected to our satisfaction and at no additional cost. They were courteous, helpful and very professional. It was one of the most pleasant experiences that I had ever had with a contractor.
