They did a very good job of installations but they have some delays on getting some carts in. They should have done a better job of being responsive on the customers. They were good but not outstanding.

The refrigerator came in a couple of days after I ordered it.  I set up my own appointment when they called me.  Then they called me back to make sure I would be home.  They brought the refrigerator after that.  The delivery was free.  I could have got it for $100 or $200 cheaper.  The quality of the refrigerator was good.

They usually have anything I want and I had no problem with them. They are very courteous and there's always someone to help you.

I got a good buy. They were good.

Subcontractors showed up, tore out old door wall, realized that they didn't have all the parts needed. Left, returned, left for the day. Rained that night, so it rained into house. Contacted Home Depot, person I needed to speak to was off. Installers returned next morning, apparently they finished what they could. About 1/2 to 1/4 inch gap to outdoors under door wall. Also upgraded lock that I'd paid for wasn't included. Took 3 months, and taking a lot of days off to get incremental improvements done. My son ended up finishing the exterior trim. Oh yes... the glass was defective, so the Andersen supplier replaced the glass with an off-the-shelf replacement pane. Found out later that Andersen won't honor glass warranty... it's not theirs.

THEY SHOWED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS REALLY GOOD AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.

I HAD TO WAIT A LITTLE WHILE FOR THEM TO COME OUT, BUT THAT IS BECAUSE IT WAS A HOLIDAY. WE WENT TO THE STORE, CHOSE A DOOR, AND ORDERED IT. THE PROCESS WAS VERY EASY. ONCE THE DOOR WAS IN, THEY WERE ABLE TO COME INSTALL IT THE NEXT DAY.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP READY TO WORK AND WERE FINISHED QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPED US PICK OUT THE RIGHT TYPE OF CARPET FOR OUR HOME. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT AND I AM HAPPY.

WHEN THE GUY CAME OVER WITH THE DOOR, I REALIZED THAT IT WAS DAMAGED. HE TOOK IT BACK AND REPLACED IT FOR FREE. I HAD TO WAIT FOR QUITE SOME TIME. THIS GUY CLAIMED HE WAS AN EXPERT, BUT WHEN HE INSTALLED THE DOOR IT DID NOT LINE UP RIGHT.

THEY ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO US SO IT IS CONVENIENT TO GO THERE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE CARPET. THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT WE THOUGHT. THEY MADE SURE WE SAW WHAT THEY DID BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY WERE WONDERFUL.
