The warranty is worth less than single ply toilet paper. After waiting over a week for the "owner" to come evaluate my warranty claim he didn't even let me finish telling him what I wanted before he became belligerent. He called me an ******* in my own home multiple times and stormed out. Never hire them. I paid $8000 in 2013 and my basement still leaks.
