Excellent all the way around. Returned by call the same day. Made an appointment for a Monday (I called on Friday!). Daryl called me when he would be at my house (exactly within the time they said). He explained what he was going to do and did exactly that. He was very polite and professional. Took off his shoes when coming in the house. He did a wonderful job cleaning my dryer vent. I was very past due having this done and he showed me what he got out of my vent. I would highly recommend them,

They were able to clean out the bird's nest from an enclosed gas fireplace that two companies prior were not able to do making the fireplace useable again.

Used this pro 2 times. Cleaning ducts: they spent a lot of time to clean and help figure out a problem with ducts. I also used them to fix flashing and repair the seals and cap my chimney. They fixed the problems and did great work. I would hire them again.

Came on time the day of the appointment and did inspection and cleaning of the chimney. The price was competitive to the other companies. The tech said there was some rust at the top which he took photos of and sent to me. I would recommend this company.

Royal was VERY thorough, the job was completed in a timely fashion. He showed me the dirty duct work and the clean duct work at the end as well as the amount of "crud (dust, pet hair etc.) from the duct work. He was pleasant and efficient. He even came early and called before coming. HIGHLY recommended EXCELLANT price--very reasonable.
