Very professional service! Prompt appointment was made and the appointment was on time. They remove the drapes and valences for you, take them to their location and professionally clean them. Then they return to your home and re-install them for you. Very quick, with only two days needed for cleaning and return. Pricing is very reasonable. All in all a very pleasant experience and will definitely use them in the future!

Rob came to our home, estimated the cost and time needed for kitchen drapes and removed them. He returned the following week as promised and rehung the cleaned drapes. He then gave us an estimate to dry clean the remainder of the drapes throughout the first floor of our home. The price was reasonable so we had him do the job right then.  The drapes all look bright and beautiful; Rob did a great job!  All work was completed as promised in a very professional manner.  We would not hesitate to use Rob's services again or to refer him to our friends.

I found Rainbow Drapery and Blind Service on Angie's list for my Aunt.  She was very happy with the service they provided.  From the time they removed the drapes, cleaned and reinstalled them, only 3 days had passed.  She was very pleased with the results.  She would highly recommend them to anyone, and she would use them again.  She also felt the price they charged was very reasonable considering the quality of the work and the turn around time.

I called three companies for estimates to clean the drapes left in my new (to me) home. I got two estimates and decided to use Rainbow. The drapes are a set custom made by the previous owner.
Rainbow came out and gave a fair estimate. It included taking them down, cleaning and hanging them again. I was a little worried because I was unsure of the age of the drapes. Rainbow took good care of them and I can see how much cleaner the drapes are.

I have a thirty-eight hundred square foot house. Their service personnel is very efficient. They meet their deadlines. You do not want your drapes out for long. They have a quick turn-around time. They hung them back up. I do not take them down and I do not hung them back up. Many other companies were wanting me to take them down and bring them in. I am absolutely satisfied with the outcome of their service. It is usually not more than three days for them to bring back the drapes. I have been using them for seven years now.

I was very nervous about having my 10 year old expensive luminettes cleaned. Everyone I know had a bad experience with having their luminettes or silhouettes cleaned (looked ragged, wrinkled, etc), and most soon replaced them because they looked so bad. I didn't want that experience!
I called Rainbow Drapery because they had lots of very positive online reviews (other online sites; Rainbow is not on Angie's List), and my mother's friend had used them. Still, the reviews pretty much dealt with blinds, drapes, etc., not silhouettes or luminettes, so I was still nervous.
Rob called me back the same day I called. He patiently answered all of my questions, both on the phone and when he came out to the house to pick up the luminettes. They were ready, within a few days.
When Rob re-hung the cleaned luminettes, I could not believe how great they looked! They were bright and fresh-looking and still had a crisp look. I'm thrilled!
Rob was very honest in telling me that my very old honeycomb blinds probably wouldn't clean well, so all I had him do was add new cords that pull up/down the blinds. It was great to have someone be so up front about what he could/could not do.
I will be using Rainbow, in the future, as I get new window treatments for other rooms.
