+ -1 moreThey said they would be there on 6/21/2011 and they were. They were right on time and worked pretty hard all day long. It seemed like it was a very long process but the system works so well.
Description of Work: I had expected to have the air conditioning unit installed on my new furnace by the same company. However, they were a no show. I found R C Lomasney through a friend and not only did they do a timely job in the middle of a very hot, humid spring, but the A/C has worked very well ever since. They were on-time and so polite.

+ -1 moreIn the evening I called Lomasney and Son's after finding that my A/C unit would not turn on even though my furnace was running. They called me back first thing the next morning and was able to send out a technician that same morning. They were courteous, quick and competent. They identified the problem, replaced the bad part and completely checked out the rest of the unit for issues/problems. My A/C unit was repaird and working again before the house had a chance to heat up. I would call them again in a second as I felt the price was fair, they were honest and very responsive.
Description of Work: Performed diagnostics on A/C unit to determine a capacitor when bad so he replaced the part, completely checked out the unit and all is working fine.

+ -1 moreOther contractors that I had called were leery in pricing the job but not them. I paid more than the original quote but they said they would not know until the project was done what the price would be.
Description of Work: They installed a Lenox gas furnace and a 3 ton central air conditioner. They also had to install all new duct work. They removed the old units prior to installing the new units.
