Mr. Quint came to check a strong odor coming from inside the dryer when running. The dryer is fine, not a gas problem. He feels the dryer has taken in some paint fumes and that is what I am smelling.

I called to leave a message regarding an appointment. They work in different areas on different days. I was contacted on Monday and my area day was Wednesday. That was fine, because nothing was an emergency. Don came out even earlier than agreed, which worked out great for me. Oh my fridge the noise was caused by condenser coils hitting the drip pans. He put spacers in the area to realign the coils and stop the vibration. He also cleaned my coils in the back and underneath. I'm disabled, so that was a huge help to me.
For the dishwasher, I needed a new soap dispenser, the old one was caked with detergent, and the rinse aid dispenser wasn't sealing properly. He ordered the part after I agreed. It has not come in yet, but he will change it when it does.
The dryer was fixed before I even realized it! He replaced a part that controls the heat sensor. I've forgotten what it's called. No time wasted there.

I have worked with this company for 40 years. Don's dad owned it before him. The prices are reasonable, they don't tell you that something needs to be fixed that doesn't need it. They stand by their work. They are polite, punctual and professional. That's the whole package.

Don took the time to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it. When everything was apart he showed me exactly what the issue was and what parts were needed. He is very professional and knowledgable and also honest. Will definitely call him again.,

Don took about 20 mins to repair the stove. The fridge was more of a challenge. He had melt ice that had builit up between the two sides. He also suspected it needed a part to keep the cool air flowing between the freezer side and the fridge side. The part was ordered and installed and has been working good ever since.

I feel Don knows his business and solved the problems I hired him to fix. I would definately use this company again.

It went great.

Called for an appointment on a Thursday and was told Don would come out on Friday. Don called Friday and explained that he got held up at a job and would have to cancel my appointment. He asked if Monday was ok and I agreed. He came out on Monday with the part and about 45 minutes or so he was done and washer was fixed. Don explained everything, from what he was doing to why it happened. Don also took the time to clean off a section of the washer that wasn't visible to me to avoid a further issue. Don also gave me heads up on other issues that may occur and what to watch for. Excellent repair man, reasonable rates, very professional and courteous. I have already referred him to two others. I know where I will call for all of my appliance needs from now on.

Don called me right back and was here when he said he would be here. I appreciate that. He knew immediately what the problem was with this dryer and had a part for it with him. How's that for service! Don not only repaired the dryer but cleaned it up for me. Took all the dust and lint out of the cover. After the dryer was all set, I asked him to look at my dishwasher as it was loose in the space where it is installed. Don pulled it out and used his crafty tool to do something like tighten up some screws and now its perfect! By the way, he did this as a courtesy. I love this company!!! Then on top of all this, I needed a part for my refridgerator and Don got on the phone right then and there and ordered the part for me. He came back out this week to deliver it.

Get this - Sears wanted 75.00 to just come out. That did not count the parts and labor!

This company is the best I have come across in a very very long time and I will not only call them again but I would refer them to all my friends and family! Keep up the good work Don - you are simply the best!

(owner) Dan Qwest arrived promptly and spent time replacing items required to align doors (w/ cog) since fridge made extreme non-stop noise; Also removed pan used for drip and properly placed new. Also, made follow up call w/ additional info. Note: would highly recommend Quality Washer and App Repair to others.

did nothing that cost parts but charged beyond service call for a simple solution. I barked a little and he reduced the call to cost $20 over service call which was $89 just to show up. I found the service call charge to be normal however

Everything went well, Don was very professional and informative as to what he was doing. I liked the fact that he was honest about the fact that all I had to do was turn the gas on for my dryer to work since this is my first time using a gas dryer (I thought the person who hooked it up did it for me). He was also patient and was nice enough as to inquiry if there were another appliances that needed to be repaired. If another appliance breaks I'll be sure to call him again.

I called Don on a Sunday just to leave a message for a call back on Monday. I was happy when Don called me back right away and set up an appointment for Ryan to come out Monday to look at the dryer. Ryan called Monday to veryify he was on the way and showed up on time. Ryan was a very pleasant young man and very knowledgable in his field. He had the dryer apart and determined it was the heat coil causing the problem. He replaced that as well as another part that was causing the drum to squeal when it tumbled and he had both parts on his truck. He explained what he was doing, cleaned out the machine, and answered all my questions and was done in about an hour. He even found me $1.46 of change that had been lost in the machine! This company was fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. I plan to call them back should any of my other applicances act up.....and would recommend them highly to anyone...I already gave their number to my sister! Great people! Great Company!
