They agreed to honor another dealership's oil change coupon. They also performed a recall service which I had not been notified of yet. Total service took around an hour. Easy to get a Saturday appointment. One complaint is that it seems like they always try and upsell you on another service like fuel system cleaning at $159.

They gave me a quick fix and I was on my way. They fixed it for free. They are very good. They are more expensive, but good. Any time you go to the dealership, you will pay more, but they back the product.
