+ -1 moreCalled them to have them come and take a look at our soffit that was coming off of our enclosed porch and John came by the same day within a few hours of calling and he was able to fix it right away. He was nice, professional and was very reasonably priced.

Description of Work: They helped replace my roof, siding, garage doors, gutters and downspouts from hail damage. They even helped with painting.

+ -1 moreHe was a local contractor that came to our area after we were hit by a hail storm. We had to wait on our insurance adjuster so that was the big delay. They gave us a quote within the next week after the adjuster finally finished. The quote was about $15,000. They did their due diligence with the insurance company kind of messing up our stuff a few times and taking forever to do their adjustment. They had to keep coming back over a period of a couple of months. They kept sticking to it and not getting frustrated. They were honest with us on what we could expect. It was a pretty good process overall. They were very efficient in explaining all the work and what they were going to do. They gave us breakdowns for all the different parts that wold be installed.
Description of Work: We are in the process of using them for a new roof. They are getting ready to start.

+ -1 moreOne of the worst exoeriences I have had.
Description of Work: Interested in having work done to exterior of my house. They were going door to door to door, and said that I had hail damage, including the roof. Put in claim to insurance Company like they said to. There was no roof damage, and not enough other damage to bother with a claim. The reason for that is because I filed a claim and lost my 20% no claim discount for three years. I only came out with a couple hundred dollars. I was going to still have the work done that I wanted, because they said they waived your deductable. Well, he said someone would be by the next evening for estimate. What do you think? NOTHING!!!!!!! Guess I'm not a big enóugh insurance job. I called him a week later. He acted like hè thought someone was out here. While waiting for return call, I read the previous review, and they do use a different roofing Company. There are twp houses being done accross the street. So, I will not be dealing with them. I am glad I just now joined and read this before that call came SAD SAD SAD!!!!!

+ -1 moreThey wanted to get up on our roof right away and they had my dad sign a waver to allow that. However, somewhere in that waver it stated that if we decided to go with another company we owed them 25% of what the estimate would have been. He told us that we would need to pay him whatever the insurance was going to give us. We kept asking him for referrals and recommendations and never received any. He drove by one day and for some reason thought we had gotten some work done, when in fact we hadn't. He started calling and leaving threatening voice mails and that's when we started to investigate his company. His company is not licensed for ANY of the work that he says he does. His "address" is not in fact a real address and the individual himself has a personal criminal record. The police ended up having to contact him to tell him never to call us again.
Description of Work: They were doing door to door solicitation and they told us we needed some roof work done. There was a storm in the area a while and they told us our insurance would cover the repairs.
