Description of Work: They came out, but never called back. Never received the cost, tried to contact them, never heard back from them. The service guy that came out was professional and seem to know how they could complete my project, but I never heard back.

 + 0 moreOur house has had some challenges for the installer, as we had issues with IR remotes in the house. George doesn't give up and will bring in assistance if necessary. He is neat and cleans up after performing any work that requires drilling holes in drywall, etc. In 2006, George did the wiring for the television and sound system, and put in extra wires to plan for potential changes to our system as technology advanced. He also did some phone and computer line wiring for us while on that job. George can be talkative and a tad on the moody side, but he is conscientious about getting the job done and doing it right.
Description of Work: We have used Precision Sound several times over the past 4 years. In 2006, George installed our HDTV and stereo system,complete with ceiling speakers and zones in the living room and kitchen. He took on the purchase of the components that were installed and sold them to us at a very reasonable price. Since that time, whenever we have a problem with the system, George gets a call. He responds promptly and continues to steer us into good equipment. Our DVD/VCR died in November, and he ordered and installed a new Blu Ray/DVD/CD player in its place. He also helped us with issues relating to the HDMI card on our flatscreen quitting just days after he hooked up the new Blu Ray player.
