When we bought our house we knew that our sprinkler system was not functional. Paul's lawn & snow came at least four times, each time repairing just a few of the problems even though they were aware of and were scheduled to complete more. There was a lot of back and forth with coming to identify problems, buying parts, and making partial repairs. We asked them to repair one final leaking valve and they came out again, looked for other issues they could charge for and never fixed the leaky valve. They made an appointment, never showed up, and eventually stopped returning phone calls.
We found another company (recommended on Angie's List) that was able to repair the leaky valve and repair other zone and coverage problems that Paul's said were unfixable. They managed these repairs that Paul's couldn't handle over 3 weeks within two hours.
