I went to the Rochester location on Rochester Rd.  They replaced the windshield on my Grand Prix GXP.  They also scratched both front fenders, got glue all over the hood and both outside rearview mirrors and ripped my leather drivers seat.  I was told by the manager that they did not rip my seat and he said he could tell because when they rip a seat it doesn't look like  mine did.  Huh? They ripped my seat, no question about it.  Horrible service.  Then I later found out they installed the wrong windshield.  My car has a heads up display which requires a different windshield than a standard Grand Prix.  So now the heads up dispaly shows a slight double image.  i did not go back to address that fearing more damage to my car.  They eventually paid to have my seat repaired but the repair is very noticable.

The dent was smaller than a dime (and pretty technical). The provider ended up making it worse. This is a start up shop that does not understand its limitations. They should have informed me that this was beyond their knowledge. Instead, they reached and failed.

The installation went very well. They have become my go to company for wind shield installation and i plan to use them again. the technician was on time, very knowledgable and the price was awesome. they stand by their work and i didnt have any issues out of the glass after it was replaced.

It went well. The installer was friendly and professional, and provided information on how to treat the installation so it would last, such as how long to wait until we drove it, etc. As the repair was just recently completed, we don't know yet how it is going to last, but so far, so good. He was also nice to our 2 year old grandson who was fascinated by the whole process and wanted to see how everything was done.

Can't remember the exact price we paid only know it was significantly less than what we would have paid if we went with our insurance company's provider. They also came out right away to our house and installed it in the driveway. Installer was great and polite and the job was excellent. They used the same quality glass that the insurer's company would for way less -- and I didn't have to drive there and wait. Could not be better or easier than that! Very pleased!

I call to make appointment was told to come the next day at 8:00.The job would take about a hour and a half. We'll I got there They took my car back fixed the window charge me 176.00 instead of the 244.00 dollars I was quote .and it took them 30 minutes .

The rep on the phone was professional and able to accomidate my schedule for the repair. The tech showed up right on time and was fast, friendly, and explained what needed to be done. Great job, especially in that heat!

I was quoted a great price which included performing the work at my office and tax. The technician was dressed professionally and was very well mannered. He arrived on time, explained the work and got out done in a jiffy. Hopefully I don't need to replace my windshield again anytime soon but I still would certainly recommend them to anyone!

The two vehicles were scheduled after I did a search for the lowest price and contacted four other shops.National was the lowest price, after discussing what prices I had been quoted by others. They were prompt, courteous and on time.
However, when we took the vehicles home, we found that the mirror (attached to the windshield) on the Crossfire was loose and vibrated. The Jeep had wind noise around the windshield. We called National and told them about the issues. They were pleasant and set up an appointment for us. They corrected both problems in less than an hour and we are now pleased with the work. The were always friendly and courteous and make sure the job was done right--although it took two tries.

I left an email request for a quote. The Troy office responded, but when I requested Warren they sent all the data and Warren got back to me quickly.

Great experience. I called around to all the top listed folks on this list, and National Auto Glass was significantly less expensive than most (I did find one other with the same price). We made an appointment for the next morning, but a work conflict arose and I had to change the time. Despite having little notice of the change, the person that I spoke with was very gracious and rearranged the appointment. The installer arrived in the designated time frame. He was friendly and competent and had the window replaced in no time. The window looks great and I am very pleased.

I contacted National after considerable research to replace my windshield. From the initial discussion with the receptionist to final replacement every person was very considerate, friendly and professional. An appointment was set up almost immediately, the technician was on time, the work was done as expected and I couldn't be happier with the final product. In fact this was not the least expensive company, but I opted to use them as a result of information obtained from Angie's List and others.

The representative arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and quick. I was billed and paid exactly the estimate that was given to me over the phone; a good job with no surprises.

The entire experience, from getting a price quote from the receptionist by phone, to the repairman's prompt arrival as promised, to the most professional and exceptional workmanship of the repairs, couldn't have been any better. National Auto Glass, in Warren, MI has my fullest endorsement.

I think there is a gap somewhere on the passenger side of the glass because the road noise has dramatically increased/whistling that we never had before the repair. However, I did not go back to them with the complaint because we moved out of state after we had the work done. Would love to have it fixed though.
