Second project was terrible, because it never got off the ground. Mark assured us he could install the window boxes, then didn't contact us for several weeks. I contacted him several times by phone and e-mail, asking him to tell us whether the project was too small for him to schedule, and to let us know if we should contact someone else. He repeatedly assured us he could complete the project. Finally, after two or three months, I hired another company. We still have not heard back from Mark 6 months later. Very disappointing, especially after the first project went so well.
