MOTOR CITY CARPET & FLOOR COVERING

They were awesome , the installers did a superb job. They really know their craft. They have a keen eye for detail and they are NOT contracted. I dare anyone to find anything wrong with their work. I will definitely use them the next time i do any flooring job.

The Royal Oak store on Woodward Ave has a beautiful, spacious display and extremely great staff.   All appoimntments were kept on time.  I had to call with a technical question and the owner, Bruce got the answer and called me back promptly.  Installation went well and we are extremely happy.

This review is actually about their new location on Woodward in Royal Oak. The installers are still out of the Warren location. Experience with both was terrific all the way. Sales/estimate staff were knowledgable and gave their recommendations based on what I was trying to achieve (which was to get my property ready for sale). I have worked with some of the other highly advertised companies out there that really push uber expensive products and pull the old "let me call my boss and see if we can get a lower price" shenanigans. That stuff drives me crazy and Motor City Carpet does not do business like this. They will have my business forever. The installers were super friendly, clean, and fast! They even helped move some especially heavy furniture that I could not move myself. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience.

oh my! what a great company! from the first phone call with frank bellanca to the install with darryl and his crew i was amazed at the timely manner, the respect of our house and the follow up by frank. customer service combined with quality is the perfect recipe for most homeowners and they got it! they even cleaned up a large mess in our basement left by united flooring center in troy michigan, when they refused to clean.....i will be calling them again in march to do another install of hardwood floor! thank-you!
I LOVE MY NEW FLOORS!

Called up Motorcity Carpet for an estimate. Frank came over, took measurements, quoted the job with the type of carpet we wanted, we set a time for the installation. The guys came out when they said they would be there, tore up the old stuff, laid down the new carpeting, and made adjustments to the carpeting in a couple of other rooms. The whole time, the guys were very friendly, and acted like total professionals. My wife was thrilled with the end result and with the whole experience overall(and that's saying something!) I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks my opinion. This was our second experience with this company and both times they understood what my wife wanted, and did not attempt to steer her in other possibly more expensive directions.

I found out about Motor City Carpet as a tip from another contractor. Motor City does a lot of insurance and restoration work so not everyone knows they do routine retail also. The showroom isn't very big but the sales staff is very knowledgeable and they carry quality brands. They were cheaper than the other carpet stores I checked and they were comparable to Home Depot in price but with better quality and selection.
The installation went well, on schedule and the carpet looks great.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND PLAN ON USING THEM IN THE FUTURE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE GUYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
