I hired this company to fix my furnace/AC. The technician came to my home and supposedly fixed my furnace by replacing a wet circuit board. However, a couple o minutes after he left, my furnace/AC stopped working again.  I was able to catch the technician while he was still in my driveway to let him know that the furnace/AC stopped working.  He came back inside, took a look at the inside of the furnace, and said the coils were frozen and that he didn't know what to do.  He said that I would just have to wait until Tuesday to have the problem fixed.  I asked for my money back and went back upstairs.  He bolted the panels back on the furnace, gave me my credit card slip back and left. When I called the company to let them know what happened, the owner or the manager (I am not sure which) said obviously you aren't happy with our company so why don't you call another company.  A few days later, I had another company come out to fix whatever the problem was.  When they took off the panel, they called me downstairs and said that the board had been ripped out and only the wires were left hanging.  The company said it looked as if it had been done maliciously and that the furnace should have never been left that way.  They also said no other company would touch the furnace with the wires hanging and no board inside.  I called Lakeview and I asked that someone come out immediately to fix the problem.  The manager hung up the phone in my face.  He  also wouldn't answer the phone when I called back or respond to any of my text messages (that contained pics of the damage). I am still in shock about the entire experience.

Arrived on time and finished the same day.  The job took about three to four hours.  The electrician was very nice and helpful  No problems.

He was done in less than 1 hour and so far we have no water coming from the repaired holes.

They did the job. It was reasonable and on-time. They got it done in the amount of time they said they were going to.

They did a nice job. They were timely and efficient. They got the permits and they did a good job first hand through. Everybody was happy. I always want to spend less.

It was okay. It took longer for them to come out because my problems happened during a cold snap. I had heat so it was okay. Sometimes they don’t show up on time.  I never had any issues with the quality.

What I found out after the work was completed, was that he should have used at least a 4 - 6 inch cutter to clean the sanitary pipe. He used a little cutter that kind of spun around but I wasn't educated enough to know at that time.   But I know now.
The worker proceeded to snake  the drain.  He just pushed the snake through the drain but when the worker came to roots he just pushed it through without clearing/cleaning the roots away from the area using the snake.  After he was finished he stated " as a favor" he would put a camera partially down the drain to see what kind of roots were there.  He  then stated I needed a sewer flush.  It would only cost about $600.00 to have the sewer flushed with a Jetter.    What a scam.  The real scam was, was that he used a very small router to clean the drain and then wanted  $600 to use a jetter.    The drain backed up a few months later.
The person who came was very nice but we were cheated.  He didn't do the job right and then tried to talk me into a $600 sewer flush?   Ethical or un-ethical?

They lowered the price when I asked them.  They work with me and they did good work.  The repair of the drain was a big job.  The drain cleaning was $195 and the repair of the drain pipe $1800 and it came down to $1400.  The guy was very honest and said you don’t really need this work and I could wait and I really appreciate that.  He was quick.

The work was completed in one day. Clean-up was excellent.

They did a very nice job, and I thought that the price was quite reasonable.

I called the owner and received a very unprofessional answer and more or less was told his man did the job and to pay up. I disputed the charge with my visa company and won and only paid for the supplies and partial work that was done. I had to hire another plumbing company to come and finish the job and put my basement floor back together. Working with this company was a nightmare.

I was experiencing a lot of problems with the areas mentioned and I was not happy with the way I was treated. It seemed as if they were trying to brush me off when I would ask why the work was taking so long to get done. I felt that they had no concern whatsoever of what I expected from them. I would never recommend them because they drag out the work and they have too many delays that are unacceptable.

LAKEVIEW WAS COURTEOUS & PROMPT. GOT THE JOB DONE & HANDLED ALL WITH INSURANCE.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM LONG TO GET THE WORK DONE. THE AREA WAS VERY CLEAN WHEN THEY LEFT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY UNDERSTANDING AS TO WHAT I WANTED THEM TO DO.
