JAXX HOME IMPROVEMENT

I hired them to install the vinyl siding on my home and garage in the fall of 2014. They did the job but were unable to clean the gutters as promised because of the cold weather, Jack indicated that he would do it in the spring of 2015. Well here it is almost summer and it's still not done. I also noticed some of the siding and aluminum trim starting to warp due to the heat. The gutters still have not been cleaned as promised. I contacted Jack the owner and he will not return any of my calls, this is going on two weeks. It seems that I will have to forget about any follow up repairs if needed by this company.

He used the excuse that he could not use my current heating system and that he had to put out another $1000. for an air-conditioner and heater combination. He did not put it in right because the township people said he had to do something different with it. It was getting winter time and I did not want it left open because someone was sleeping in there and it would be open and cold. I told him to just wait until Spring. He built a shed which has not been painted yet. There is still cement all over the place. He did not put the storm door on. His price was too high and I should not have gone with him but it seemed like he knew what he was doing. The guy he had working for him did a very nice job in the room. I hired him in July. At that time he asked for a down payment of one-third, so I gave him $5000. He didn't start the job until September and then asked for another payment, which he was not supposed to get until the job was half done. I gave him another payment at that time. The job is still not done because he still wants more money.
