Good it should have been a diy job however last installer over tightened parts too much called Jh they had trouble to needing to heat joint to remove parts all went well after that price was very fair and I would definitely use again

They first came out to do a camera inspection of the drains to make sure hydro jetting needed to be done. Inspection revealed a blockage near the end of our line where we connect to the city line. Hydro jetting was schedule for two business days later. The performed the hydro jetting, and then did another camera inspection to show us the clean up lines, and that we had a clear path to the city line. And the inspection of the pipe was that it was in good shape and structurally sound. They applied a treatment of RootX as well to clear out some minor remaining roots, and we will just need to get a RootX treatment done once per year going forward. A different plumber had also done a camera inspection and snaking, but could not get past the blockage at the end of the line. They could not tell what the blockage was, suggesting that the line had collapsed and we would need to fix the line. The quote for that was between $2600 to $6000. In addition to when they were out for the initial camera work, they fixed a couple of our faucets that had slow running hot water. There was just some sediment in the lines from our aging hot water tank. They also provided some rough estimate to replace that in the near future.

The new sump drain line worked and now properly drains from the house/sump. The sprinkler lines had to be cut for the trench, but we had already blown out the sprinklers for the winter season, therefore, we weren't able to check them until this spring. When we turned on our sprinklers this spring, we discovered one of the lines that they cut was leaking badly. We dug a little and noticed that the line was completely disconnected at the splice due to the soil below the lines settling from the trenching, which pulled the sprinkler line down and separated at the splice. We later found out that the crimp was not fastened and also did not take into account the fact that the soil was going to settle underneath the lines.  We contacted them in early June and they set up an appointment for 3 weeks later, promising we would be the first of the day on June 26. I took a vacation day that day to be home. By late morning, they never showed up. We called 3 different times and left messages. We never received any calls back (to this day). They never showed up or called at all. We ended up having to hire someone else to fix their problem. We have used this company many times before and never had any problems and were very surprised that they never responded to us, especially after we paid nearly $2000 last November for the job.. We have lost our confidence in them and will have to use a different plumbing company in the future.

I have used JH several times for plumbing related issues.  They are always very responsive in getting the job complete.

Jeff was very prompt and thoroughly investigated the issue and found it ok, and furnished a letter stating so.

The owner and his helper came out to our house as expected. They got right to business and to relit our water heater with no problems. He also explained that we shouldn't be running fans around the water heater because it could potentially blow out the pilot light. He also showed us how to relight the pilot ourselves which was awesome because he didn't really need to do that. Great service!

I've never been so happy with a plumber, I had no idea it was even possible to find a company I could actually trust! First, I was told by another company that I would need some or all of the sewer line replaced (a $4k-12k job) and by another that I would probably need the entire line re-lined ($4k-7k). JH, however, came out and checked the line and found that I didn't need all that. Using the camera he showed me that my lines were actually in decent shape, and that jetting (high water pressure clean out) with yearly root treatments was all I needed. He could have been dishonest or used scare tactics to sell me on getting work done that I didn't actually need, so I totally respect and sincerely appreciate his honesty. On top of that, his prices beat all the other companies for each of the jobs they recommended. He also got the work done efficiently, but didn't rush through either. I will recommend JH to all my neighbors and friends.

They were prompt and quickly repaired the problem.

Jand H came over in the middle of the night and had the problem fixed in under $5 minutes. They could have charged us hundreds of dollars, but they did the honorable thing and just charged the service fee plus the cost of a small part. A+++. This is the way business should be done.

I haven't tried to used the shower since they installed it and it does not work. I called them and told them and they didn't ever come out. They said the work was done too long ago for them to do anything about it. I didn't have any problems when he was doing the work or with the faucet. I had other people fix the faucet in the past and it started to drip again and this is the first time it has not dripped after being fixed. So they did a good job on the faucet.

J H Plumbing came and performed the job in an effective manner and was in by 1PM and out by 3PM with no disruption to our daily routine. Attention to detail was provided as tarps and covers were laid down to ensure job cleaniness. Above all, the price was reasonable and the product/service received was all that we expected.

I called J.H. Plumbing 3/6/2011 after receiving extremely high estimates from other companies to jet the sewer pipes from the basement. J.H. Plumbing estimated the cost much less than everyone else. They came to do the job two days after I called them and were extremely fast and efficient. I recommended them to my grandmother a year later after she received really high estimates as well and J.H. Plumbing came to the rescue again. They went above and beyond to fix my grandmothers plumbing and my grandmother was extremely happy with them. I called them back today for additional work to be done and again was very pleased with their punctuality, efficiency as well as their price. I would recommend them to anyone who asks for an affordable, honest plumbing company.

After having tried multiple other plumbers in the past, we finally found J.H. Plumbing, Inc. Jeff's wife handles the phones, appointments, etc. She is very nice, professional, and accommodating. Jeff is by far the best plumber we've ever had.
Our sewer access pipe is in the finished part of the basement coming out of white plush carpeting (not our idea, it was that way when we moved in). Jeff went above and beyond and thoroughly prepared the area with all sorts of cloths, tarps, etc, so that there was no mess. He carefully used the sheath tubing for the sewer snake cable. The last plumber did not and got sewage everywhere, which I had to spend forever cleaning. Jeff was meticulous and professional in our every interaction with him. He spent more time and care in preparation and clean-up than any other plumber we had, and that's why we keep going back to him. He went out of his way to make it so that there was no sign that he was ever there, and our sewer was extraordinarily difficult due to its location.
He gives out coupons around the holiday season, too. His rates are good, and his service is excellent.
We used him for a leaking sink pipe, dishwasher installation, Root-X, sewer snaking and scoping, etc. We would highly recommend him. We have also had his apprentices/co-workers, and they were also professional.
