It went Excellent. They did a fantastic job; there is a 3 year old and some of the carpet hasn't been cleaned in 5 years. They realized it was necessary to put down enzymes to further remove grease. The carpet they cleaned Looks Like New !!!!

My experience was okay. When I hired them they said the cost will be $89 for all the rooms and then when the technician went over they said no we have to pay $20 extra per room because the carpet is bad, we had to put enzymes and all that and they did not explain to before I hired them. I don't know whether this is to blame on me or blame on them, but you know I was not satisfied. This what they explained to me just basic cleaning and then if they had to put enzymes and all that then that is $20 per room extra. But overall they did a good cleaning job. If they would have explained it to me I would have given them A grade. I may use them again in the future.

Used the coupon from their website, two rooms for $54.00 plus hallway was free. They arrived on time, one guy scrubbed, other vacuumed up excess water. Small areas to clean, they finished in 20 minutes. For $25.00 more they will degrease the high traffic areas. Would use again.

l was in car accident so im unsure of the date or cost but I do recall them being very friendly they also did the furniture that was not scheduled to be done.Yes I will look up my reciept soon to have them back. Im sorry I couldnt be more helpful at this time but after accident my memory is not good.

I have used this company for my carpet cleaning services for @3 years. They are always very thorough and quick. The one time I had a stubborn stain and they came back out and cleaned it again at no charge.

They charged extra for heavy duty cleaning. I was satisfied with them. They came and did the job. The carpets looked fine when they left. They did it in a fair amount of time. Their price was in line with others and they came when they said they would.

I AM HAPPY WITH THE TWO ROOMS THEY SHAMPOOED. THEY ALSO DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON THE HALLWAY, AND THAT WAS VERY DIRTY. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR GREAT SERVICE.
