I was very happy that they have Saturday appointments available because I'm in a job with no flexibility to take time off for this sort of thing. I also like that the technician, Steve, calls before to let you know before he arrives. he also called when he was going to be late. He came out twice; the first time to diagnose and order part, the second time to install the part. My washer works and I'm happy.

I purchased a refrigerator in Dec of 2014, it was not working correctly.  I had it replaced with another refrigerator, and the technician came out twice, and the refrigerator still ran horribly.  I will never purchase any appliance from this company ever again.  They sale second hand junk "period".

Global appliance was sent out by DTE as part of their appliance service. First it was a two week wait to get the first service call. Then the repair was  scheduled after aa three week wait only to be called that day saying they got the wrong part. Then two seeks later they called and schedule service call between 8am and 2 pm. After waiting all day they had not shown up by 2:00. After calling and complaining to DTE and the company the service tech arrived at 2:45. They clearly do not care about the customer. A 7 hour wait is today unacceptable.

I got them through my DTE plan.  DTE always picks them.  But I wish that they pick someone else.  They come out and they always say that there is nothing with your appliance.  Then I called someone else and they told me to call my DTE.  I called Global Appliance again and they said that I needed a part and that they had to order it.  I have been out of stove for a whole week and I don’t think it takes that long to order a part.  They bill the DTE and so I don’t know the cost.  They give a three hour window when they come to my house.  They are professional.
