The first mattress delivered from the company (October 2005) was returned because it was not the mattress we viewed in the showroom. The next three mattresses were returned because they developed uncomfortable body impressions causing backaches after about one month of use. We complained to the BBB and the company reply was that they cannot continue to replace the mattresses despite the warranty. We want our money back and the company refuses to refund our money citing store policy. The most recent mattress has been in our possession since 6/24 and is already developing uncomfortable impressions on both sides of the bed. Since we have had trouble with all of their replacements, we fear getting stuck with a bed we will end up throwing away because it causes backaches. In the company's letter to the BBB, it is implied that we are not being truthful in our pursuit of a mattress that won't sag when slept on.
Description of Work: Sold us a faulty mattress and will not refund our money.
