COSENTINO CARPET SVC

i used this guy years ago and thought he was so great that i kept his card. Used it just a couple weeks ago to re stretch my basement carpet.  He is fabulous.  Did the entire basement and even moved/lifted my pool table. he is the best!!

John Cosentino was both pleasant and professional.  He arrived a few minutes early, fixed the three damaged sections of carpeting, by cutting out the stained areas and replacing them with new sections from a remnant piece, and was done in about an hour an a half.  The only way you can tell a repair was made is if you know where it was done, and then only because the remnant that was used is cleaner than the surrounding carpet.  Once the carpet is cleaned I suspect the repairs will be completely undetectable.

John came out to give me a free estimate the day of my call.  He was prompt and on time.  His estimate came in at $110 less than another estimate I received that same day.  He was very fair in his pricing, very honest in his work and knowledgeable in what he was doing.  I was very pleased with the outcome of the job and the service and friendly yet professional attitude John had with me.  He was prompt with his appointment, treated our home with respect and was informative.  He stretched 3 bedrooms of carpet (including the closets), a hallway and living room and fixed a stair free of cost.  We are very pleased with the service and he gives a 3 year guarantee.  I would recommend him highly to anyone!  He saved us from having to buy new carpet when the carpet was in good condition besides the bad instal job from the builders or previous owners.
