We customer service is great and tell the final check was cashed. After the sealing next day we noticed a whitespots and alerted the owner right away he said to wait a few days it may go away. The white spots did not go away, and he has still not fixed the problems or even come to look at it. Upon further inspection of the patio the work was shoddy the stamping is very uneven there are raised sharp edges between the stamping pattern. Very disappointed in the this owner

"We're very sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our customer service, I'm not sure if you fully grasp how the negative review you have posted can affect a business. We have made several attempts to try and come to your home and correct any issues you may have. All we asked was for you guys to have the patio rinsed off so we had a clean surface to work with and ensure there would be no more issues, you husband said he was too busy and this would have to wait! We can provide you with pics of the txt messages exchanged. Upon another attempt to come correct whatever issues you thought you had with the patio, you decided to call us while having a domestic dispute and decided to get verbally abusive with us over the phone, we have been nothing short of professional and respectful all along. Upon a third attempt to come take care of any issues, this time speaking with your husband, we never got much further but continued to get lectured even while trying to be patient, we are concrete contractors not marriage counselors not punching bags, we have hundreds of very happy customers! We fully understand no matter what any company tries, it's nearly impossible to make every single customer happy however we still give it our best effort to try and do so. If I can remind you that after hearing from you how unmotivated your husband was and you pretty much took care of everything around the house, we went as far as bringing in a few yards of dirt to level out your yard and that was totally free of charge we just felt you could use a little help and we were happy to do so, all you guys needed to do is throw some grass seed down and you'd be mowing your grass by now. You decided to call back and express how you felt, not in a very nice way again. You felt it was not your responsibility to rinse the patio down because your 3 dogs had mud and dirt all over it, if you take a minute to think about this, it's almost like telling your lawn mowing service provider they need to come clean up after your dogs if they want to mow your lawn. Now let's get things straight as we do need a fair chance at representing our company as we are! The day we showed up to prep and pour your patio, you made it very clear you didn't really care much for what color or pattern you had since you never wanted a stamped concrete patio, you wanted a deck! These were your exact words! We came by today to inspect the patio and There's still dirt with weeds no grass, your husband continued to lecture and disrespect us in person, we remained professional and simply asked the patio be rinsed down and we'd be there the following day to take care of touching up the sealer which's all your patio really needs. Upon attempting to call and speak with you to still try and get your patio touched up, we got more nasty comments and lectures! It's clear there's a disagreement between your husband and yourself and we seem to be caught in the Middle of it. We are fully prepared and ready to come touch up your patio as soon as you guys allow us to but we are done with the abuse. Feel free to contact us and let us know when we can come and touch things up."

This experience was the best one we have ever had. First of all the team came out and designed a brand new patio that we wanted. They listened to what we would like and then provided suggestions to guide us during the process. There was never any "sales pitch" or push to add or delete anything from the plans. They were on-time as stated on the contract. The work that they did was AMAZING! The crew was professional and presented no issues at all. As the project progressed, we were kept updated and informed as to how they were doing and what we could do (staying off while setting or drying). There was never a time during this project that we felt frustrated or out of the loop. The job finished ahead of schedule and we couldn't be happier with our new stamped concrete patio and landscaping. I have since recommended this company to 3 of my close friends who are also looking for patios. Thank you to this team for making a very stressful situation for homeowners and complete breeze!!!!!!!!!!!! The pic is my 2 year old loving his new patio.

Chris and Jesus were a pleasure to work with. Jesus has a great eye for design. I described what i wanted and he made it a reality. We had some issues with the township and Jesus handled them professionally. They showed up when they said they would, always promptly returned calls and texts and cleaned up the yard perfectly when they were done. I coulnt be happier with my new patio!

Steps were not filled in properly, patio was sealed even though it was not properly power washed completely, leaving white streaks and stains throughout the patio. Was told 2 weeks ago that they would be back out to look at it, no word back from them. Have talked to others in the sub, most have had problems with this company. I will not recommend them to anyone

They provided a quote the same day I called. and scheduled the work about six weeks out. I was then contacted over 2 weeks prior to the target install date and they were able to come out the next day to pour the concrete. I gave them creative license and ended up with a beautiful patio with rounded sides. Included in the price was a fire pit and step. The size quoted was for a 16x24 size patio.
