Chainsaw Charlie wanted a 200.00 deposit. We have it to him and he gave us a receipt, BUT HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK, HE REFUSED TO RETURN OUR CALLS AND NEVER GAVE US OUR DEPOSIT BACK. WE HIRED HIM IN MAY 2021 and it is now September 2021 we plan to take him to small claims court!!!!!! Do NOT HIRE THIS MAN !!!!!

Do NOT hire this company! The trees were adequately removed and trimmed. The mess was cleaned up, but in the process of doing the job my driveway was cracked by their equipment. I paid the owner before the job was totally complete and when his crew was about to leave I noticed the damage. After speaking with the owner he said he was going to contact a cement expert to determine the age of the crack. His so called cement "expert" was just a local contractor that I strongly suspect was a friend. The contractor thought it was a new crack but Chainsaw Charlie pretty much called me a liar andbecame rude and obnoxious claiming that the crack was alreadly there. He finally agreed to give me $150.00 claiming that it was not worth his time to contact his insurance company. I'm sure the damage is double that and I have yet to recieve a check three months later.

He did a good job. He hauled all the debris away and the mulch as well. He is very nice gentleman.
