On time, very professional, very responsive, no mess, great job

Very pleased with the outcome. The team did a great job filling the cavities that needed new insulation, they cleaned up after the job and the price was very reasonable considering I got 3 other quotes and those were much higher. I would use again and recommend others to use.

Alex and his crew were fantastic! They removed old blown-in insulation from our attic, which wasn't an easy feat considering it was contaminated with debris from a roof replacement, and installed new spray foam insulation throughout the attic. They were clean, efficient, communicative, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

The owner sold me this job. I had gotten 2 other quotes. I likes his presentation. He answered a lot of my questions and knows this product well. I was schedule about a week later for my install. A crew of 3 showed up to perform the work and were done within the day. They showed up at 9 and by 3 or 4 they were pretty much done. Very professional. I took that day off of work so I could witness the operation. Any errors were immediately taken care of to my satisfaction.

Alex came out immediately to give me a quote. Covid caused a slight delay in the job being performed. When his crew arrived, they completed the job in a timely and professional manner. The holes in the brick motor where the foam was inserted is not noticeable. There was no damage to my home or property, and they cleaned up well when they were done. There were a couple challenges to my job, but they figured out a safe and effective way to complete the job. I would highly recommend Building Performance Solutions.

Reaching out to Building Performance Solutions, they were very quick to respond. They were able to quote me based on describing what type of insulation I was looking for along with a floor plan drawling . The price that was quoted to me was a great price. What I really appreciated was that they could perform both the Wall injections along with the cellulose insulation. The Installation went great. The team showed up on-time. The team was very professional, prior to blowing in the cellulose the team installed soffit covers to allow the attic to continue to breath. The team did a great job of getting the entire attic covered to the appropriate thickness. Wall injections went smoothly as well. The only snag I ran into was that the wall injection was water-based took a really long time to dry (~4-5 weeks) and had a smell for a while. The reason it took a while to dry is because I had the walls insulated during the middle of summer when the air was the most humid. Best thing to do is to get fans, Open the garage doors and leave them open all day. Eventually the smell went away after the insulation dried. During the drying time, Building Performance Solutions worked with me to explain the insulation drying time. I would highly recommend Building Performance Solutions for insulation.

Job was handled very professional and gave me a fully airtight and heavily insulated building. This was the 4th job this company did for me.

He was very honest about what needed to be done, what should/could be done, and what could wait. His entire team cleaned up after the job and my wife didn't even know they were there. Insulated the entire home. Installed bathroom fan with roof vent and performed all before and after blower door tests for rebates. They submitted all paperwork for rebates and we received them just as they said.

From start to finish Alex and his team were courteous and timely. The removal of the attic fan and laundry chute was done neatly without causing damage to the drywall and plaster. After the team boarded those areas up the insulation was blown in. The insulation has decreased our energy bills and increased the comfort of our home. I would highly recommend Alex and his team!
