They did a good job, they were prompt to evaluate the problem, identified it, and treated it. The tree is getting better now.

I had worked with Branch to trim this tree previously because I loved it on my property. However the tree began to grow far too close to my garage. I got 6 quotes from different companies for the job and Branch came in the lowest. The workers were on time and friendly. The lead worker even saved me a slice of the trunk when I asked! They pulled the tree down in what seemed like no time and did not damage any structures. The stump was ground well into the ground and all surface roots were removed so that my drive way can be repoured. They cleaned up all the wood chips and left my property in good shape. Very happy. I was very happy with them. They are responsive. I had an arborist come out and evaluate the house of the trees. They clearly know what they're doing. I would not want someone else taking care of the trees in the yard. I've had a different company come out, and Branch Tree Service told me that if we did the service the way the other company did it would kill the oaks in the yard. It would be a big impact because the other company didn't know what they were doing. Branch did a great job. I really appreciated the service technician. She's a certified arborist. We're hiring them to do some additional work. I think they are a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for, so it's worth it.

Technician came out to spray and was here less than 5 minutes. Only sprayed east side of property. Didn't go into gated back years at all. Didn't spray front or west side of property. Must have thought nobody was home. . . I will not use this company again.

Great. Arborvitaes look great. The tree was downed, chipped and completed in 90 minutes. What's more impressive is they showed up in the rain and competed the job as promised.

Branch Tree did a fantastic job. I am very pleased. The tree looks healthy again without all the dead branches and my structures are more safe without the over hang. Branch also took care of the disposal of all the cut down branches. Thank you!

Everyone we dealt with was responsive and service was prompt, from the initial quote to the actual work. The guys who performed the work were polite, answered questions, and explained what they were going to do. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

Branch Tree did a great job removing this very large and sick maple tree. It was located in contact with power and other utility lines so it had to be taken down by hand. The team lead rappelled the tree for two days to take it down in small sections until a portion remaining was just trunk. The professionalism, on time, and courteousness was great. They did a nice job protecting my home and yard during the removal. Clean up including stump removal was perfect.

In 2010 I contacted this company to trim my blue spruce.  They did a terrible job and agreed to come out and do a better job.  While they were out the second time I asked if they would remove a pear tree from my backyard.  I was told by the employee he would do it for $100 which included removing the stump.  I did not realize that he was quoting me a price and then was doing it as a side job that he would not divulge to his employer.   He did take the tree down but left the stump in and left me a broken shovel on my patio as a token of his great service.  I called Branch Tree service and they did not return my call.   In 2014 I thought I would give this company another try.  I told the receptionist I would like my blue spruce sheared and trimmed.  She talked to an arborist, came back on the phone, and said, "You don't shear and shape a blue spruce".  I told her I was just reading what was put on the receipt I received in 2010.  She stuttered for a moment then told me someone would quote it within 5 days.   Nobody showed up.

I have used Branch tree twice in the past 2 years and been very happy with their service. They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I love that they are arborists and not just landscapers. They removed some huge 50 year old yews in front of my house last year and I had them back to trim my oak tree this winter. I had questions about the tree trimming and they followed up with me and explained why they did what they did and helped me understand why it would be best in the end once the tree leafed out. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Over all it's a disorganized . They have many different people that came out. Didn't look like they did a good job. They said they would come back and they didn't. The communication within the company is horrible. I would like to hire them back but we've had these difficulties. They are very nice and pleasant to talk to but, internally they are just disorganized. No one ever shows up when they say that they are. Also, for the service they provied it was too highly priced. If they did what they said they would do it wouldn't be bad but they work didn't match up with the price.

They came out on time did the work very professionally. Very pleased by the advice received and work performed. Definitely will use again.

They are excellent. All of their employees are arborist and they take good care of the trees. I have used them for years. They come every spring and take care of my trees and make sure they are sprayed and give them special seeding if needed.
