Bison Plumbing

I have never felt violated from any form of service professional in my life until this weekend. They were sent to my house for a basic sewer scope. I left the house so they could have some space while they worked. When I came back to the house I found the plumbers walking around in and outside of my house taking photos and touching things that had nothing to do with the scope and were even no where in the vicinity. My house is pending sale and they chose to make their own assumptions on non plumbing issues, which were completely inaccurate and unnecessary. I reached out to one of the managers, Vern. When i explained the situation to him and my frustration to him, he basically told me to get lost. I have never felt the need to write a negative review because i respect how hard it is to run and operate a successful business. This was so unprofessional and treated so poorly after the fact I felt the need to express myself. I wouldn't refer this company to anyone. Especially knowing they were walking around my house taking photos. I sure hope nothing comes up missing.

I called them on a Monday and this tech named Rick came by snaked the wrong drain cracked my pipe and in less than 5 days I had the same issue and then they show me this root from that wasn’t even there when my brother was by his and sends the owner(me) the picture stating he pulled that from the drain lol like how is he going to pull that from my indoor drain when it was just a normal clog. They wanted me to get a hydro jet. But when the issue began I called them back and they said they were going to charge me again for doing their job wrong! The manager Vernor was not only unprofessional but very rude when I always scheduled a hydro jet with them but only asked if I will get an discount since it backed up after they were trying to fix it. He rudely said no and said maybe I should go with another company. Wow I had no patience, hung up and did that and that was the best thing I did because god saved me from losing $900+ for a hydrojet! I had my plumber my brother used for years and it only took him 180 and gave me a 30 day warranty. Coming from a plumber he said these companies do that, will try to lie scam and show the same pics to other families just to use their service. Its sad how they do this! I pray with my heart that ppl who do this don’t get away!

Bison Plumbing was able to complete the almost impossible mission! I would highly recommend them to plumbing service needs. A fantastic company who deserves a 10-Star Rating.

They changed all the Water pipes in the house and did a great job.

AWESOME... Their motto is "NO BULL". I called 3 other plumbers to get my drains snaked and it was....we need to give you an estimate, come out and look, its $49 to show up, that money can go towards your bill...if we have to snake to the sewer its $285... I call Bison and say... I just need to drains snaked... how much.. $65 per drain is their answer. We can be there tomorrow. They showed up on time, came in, did a great job. Did not even charge me for the toilet, in fact, they adjusted my shower drain so it would stop up and I could use the bath tub. They went the extra mile....even got me a price in about 2 minutes on putting in a better toilet with a higher / better flushing ability. $385 installed. "We install hundreds of these, NEVER had anyone call us to come back and do any repair on it" was what they said. These guys just really really want to go a great job at a great price with NO BULL and they want to be the first person you call when someone happens in your house regarding plumbing. They understand that THEY need ME, that I don't need them....and they want me to want them to be #1...and with me, they are. Have the highest level of confidence in these people. I'd send them to take care of my 79 year old mother in a second and not worry that they were going to take advantage of her.

I called Bison on August 23, 2016 when a foul smell appeared in our bathroom.  Andrew was able to fit us in on short notice, which we greatly appreciated.  When he came he took pictures of the plumbing and told us his boss, Jeff, would call us with an estimate the next day.
TWO FULL DAYS later, I called and spoke to Kathy.  She said she would have Jeff call me.  The NEXT day, Jeff called with an estimate of $1,125 to provide an offset P-trap and bathtub fixtures - which is more than the going rate, but we wanted this in a rush.  I gave him the go ahead and was told parts were ordered and he told me that he would call to schedule the installation.
On September 6, 2016, Ray came to my house to take measurements (meaning the parts had not been ordered).  He told me that he would "find the best price" for me and I would get a call when they could install.
On September 9, 2016, Andrew returned to the house for the installation - but no one had called to set up the appointment and the only one home was my teenage daughter!  I called and spoke to Vern, who apologized and had Andrew come back in the afternoon.  This meant an unexpected afternoon off, but we needed the shower fixed, so we were glad to have Andrew come back.  When he began the installation, he found that the parts were the wrong size.
On September 14, 2016 I called to speak to Jeff, the owner.  I explained that I was frustrated by the lack of communication throughout the process and wanted to know when we could get this wrapped up.  He told me that he would call and see when the part could be shipped and "maybe" he could ask for express shipping.  We were more than two weeks from the initial call!  He told me if it could be in by Friday, he could do a Saturday installation - and wouldn't charge me for all the extra trips.  For real?!  Those "extra trips" were mistakes on his end!
On September 17th, Andrew was finally able to complete the installation and did a great job (I even gave him money to buy himself birthday lunch).  I asked him to have Jeff email me a detailed invoice and give me a call about my experience.  As of today, I have seen and heard nothing from Bison, but a full charge to my credit card.
Andrew went above and beyond.  I would write a glowing review for him, but my experience with Bison Plumbing was nothing but bull.

Work was done on time and for the quoted price. Workers were polite and worked hard. I would recommend.

This went so well, I don't know where to start. They were by far the most professional, nicest, and be st contractor I have ever dealt with. Vern came on the first day to go over everything with me again and introduce the guys. They were friendly and let me know every step of the way what they were doing and how they would be doing it. Vern called in the evening of the first day (this was supposed to be a 3 day job but they finished in two) to make sure everything went well and to see if I had any concerns. Joe and RJ were by far the most professional and friendly contractors. They kept me up to date, worked with the bathroom designer to make sure all the plumbing for the new bath was correct and even got the bathroom contractors phone number to up date him. The BEST part is they came in $400 dollars under the quoted price. They cleaned up everything beautifully even sweeping the dirt off the driveway. FANTASTIC experience and I will always call them in the future.

My refrigerator is on the opposite side of the kitchen from the sink, he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to do what we requested, but he ended up going through the attic and everything worked out perfectly!! Second time using Bison, completely satisfied and would definitely use them again. Very happy!!

This company was recommended to us by our city's building inspector, which is quite a compliment to the company! The team arrived promptly and were extremely polite and friendly. They were able to offer alternative solutions to an ugly resolution of the problem (installing a clean-out access in my brand new tile floor, which would not allow the use of the heated flooring mat that lies beneath the tiles). The team was efficient and clean. The city inspector happened to stop by (for a separate issue) and gave great praise to the work that had so far been completed by Bison. The team had estimated 1-2 days to complete the job, and managed to complete the work well within one day.
We are completely satisfied and impressed with the work done by this company. We will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Returned my call despite being closed for the day. Temperature in the -10s, so working conditions and roads were horrid and hazardous! Promised to come and help no matter. And he did! Brought exactly what equipment was needed, did the job quickly, and checked to make sure there were no leaks or other issues.

Excellent! Workers were on time, professional and respectful. Job was done within the promised time frame, and the price was very fair (I have heard of this repair costing much more than what I was charged).

On Sunday evening an old garbage disposal was over stressed with potato skins and developed a leak after the skins thoroughly blocked the waste line. Called Bison before 8 am this morning and they arrived about 9:30 am. Very professional, courteous, used drop cloths and wore protective shoe coverings when needed.
