The price was as I expected. They did a good job. The price was less than doing the whole thing.

My wife and I moved into a home where the bathtub and walls were epoxied with color. The bathtub started to peel and tear, so we looked around for prices to get a new tub, but decided it was too expensive. We called a few places and got some prices and looked at reviews, then ended up making an appointment with Bath Fitter. Kevin the sales rep came over on time and was able to fit us in and show us designs. He was not pushy at all. When the tub came in, Chris came out and installed the liner. He was also on time and he got right to work. He had to trim the liner to fit just right and in a few hours it was complete. He then asked if we had any questions and he did let us know when to use it and what not to clean it with. My wife and I are alway nervous about having contractors do work because we are extremely picky, but they were great!

It went great! I wish I would have done this years ago. My bathtub looks beautiful. I got to keep my original cast iron tub and also the original wall tiles which were still in good shape. The acrylic liner was the PERFECT solution for me, and it was one of the easiest home improvements I have made to date. The Bath Fitter staff is very service-oriented and professional. Thank you!

Perfect, Chris did an amazing job! The install is perfect, it looks beautiful. He arrived at approx. 8:30, and the job was completed by 3. The overall project took a few weeks, a representative came to the house and gave us different options and samples, took measurements, then it took 3 weeks to create our custom wall system and tub to exactly fit our situation. I needed a Friday install, they worked with us so we could get a Friday installation date. No odors, no mess, and it looks wonderful, and so easy to clean

Overall, we were very pleased with the service and work provided by Bath fitter. They are a large enough company that they have sales people who come to provide a free estimate and go over all the details with you on what options you have. The man that we worked with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth, and not pushy in the least. After we learned what our installation cost would be, we needed to save up for a few months. When we had saved enough, we gave our sales contact a call again, and he bent over backwards to get back to our house to take final measurements and get us set up with an appointment. He also went over everything that we should expect.

This time of year is busy for their company, so it took us about 2 months to get an installation appointment. In the interim between scheduling our appointment and the installation, I called the Warren office with a few questions, and the staff member there was very helpful.

On the day of the installation, our installer arrived during the time frame that was communicated with us. He was very professional, thorough, and worked more quickly than the estimate that was given to us. They say that the installation always takes one day, and he finished between the hours of 8:30 - 3pm. He did a great job of cleaning up after he was finished. He took the time to go over all the details with me about how to care of the product, warranties, and addressing any issues if they should arise. 

Our bathroom looks about 100 times better than it used to. Previous owners in our household had reglazed the 1950s tub and tile, and it had started to chip off. We opted to go with a partial bathroom refinish with this tub/shower liner, rather than save up for an entire remodel. For what we wanted, this service was excellent, greatly improves the appearance of our bathroom and will be immensely easier to clean. We would absolutely recommend this company if you are looking for a new shower or tub.

First install - the installer arrived 45 minutes after the hour expectation window (he did call though).  Although the shower doors had not been removed (I was not aware it was my responsibility to do so, but knew I would need to dispose of them).  Abbreviation on contract did not make it clear & had not been stated to me.  Installer did a favor, though, in addition to removing the doors, disposed of them, too. 

The crack was not noticed until an hour or so after the installer left.  I made an immediate call to Bath Fitter (unfortunately after hours on a Friday).  The franchise owner contacted me first thing during business hours Monday morning.  Initially he planned to come inspect the crack, but could see the crack in the texted pictures.  He assured me they'd work around my schedule, but in the end I had to give up my holiday (Presidents day).  And no compensation for the problem was offered.  However, a secondary problem arose, as I believe, from irresponsible installers letting the fiberglass shavings go down the drain.  I specifically requested the second installer to not let anything go down the drain.  Four days later the drain completely stopped. 

Between the installs I attempted to clear the drain by using OTC drain opener several times (apx 8-10).  The plumber chose to install a new PVC pipe.  Upon opening the pipes up to discover the trap filled with fiber glass shavings.

I would not recommend this company due to the overall experience being resulted in lost time and additional costs (plumber $195, OTC products (apx $75-100).

It was great.  The job was done in one day.  They had enough wall liner to go up to the ceiling and did that for me, very nice,  looks good and will be dry. It will also be easier when repainting.  They also installed hand rails in the shower and next to the toilet and consulted me on exact location.  An extra holder for the shower head was installed, so that if I'm sitting I can use that.  A new toilet was also installed.  They made sure the job was inspected and I was satisfied before they left.  It looks beautiful,and I also received a list of recommended cleaners that are not harmful to the surface.  I received a follow up call to check on my satisfaction.  I have already recommended them to friends.

The price was acceptable.  The men who installed it were very efficient and friendly.  They had no complains and whatsoever.  They were neat about their work.  They cleaned up.  They did a very nice job.  We were very pleased about that.

They arrived on time, finished early and the project turned out beautifully. They were very friendly and accommodating. I needed a Saturday appointment which was difficult to arrange especially during the holiday season. They were fantastic! I would recommend this company for your wall and tub covering needs.

Arrived on time.  Worked steadily.  Protected floor and tub with tarps. Cleaned up well. Done in one day as promised. Minor glitch with the shower door re-install due to unfamiliarity with the particular model of our doors.  The original guide along the bottom of the inside door must be inserted in the bottom plate before the plate is installed and that step was missed, and not caught until all the rest of the doors were installed and caulked.  I was able to find an aftermarket replacement door guides which function perfectly and install without  any un-assembly of the existing work.  I'm delighted with the new walls and plumbing fixture.

The installers came at the appointed time and completed the entire job in less than one day. They were very courteous and professional. They did a wonderful job.

Greg and John were very professional and friendly.  They didn't mind answering questions and they did the job fairly quick.  They cleaned up after themselves and gave great advice.
The sales person was great too.  No pressure and explained things extremely well with no nonsense whatsoever.

I made my choices, they gave me a potential start-up date and completed the job on the date scheduled and all in a one day period. Only problem was that the seat I needed and selected was no longer available (not the fault of the installers or the store but the company discontinued the seat without alerting franchise owners of the change. Over a period of time they were not able to come up with the kind/size/shape of fold-down seat I required and so I am stuck with a collapsible seat I had already purchase to put in a tub and to take with me when on trips. Work was done quickly and efficiently, they were very polite and cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job.
