The delivery guys screwed the legs on the sofas after unwrapping them.
The next day we noticed that some of the legs appeared to be at a slant.
We called the store. We were told to turn the sofas over and unscrew the legs and screw them back on. This was a challenge for a disabled wife and a disabled Vietnam vet. We managed to do it and got all the legs back on straight except one.
That one leg has the screw on threads stripped.
We called the store. We were told there is a service fee to have them come back out.
We forced the leg back on and hope it holds.
Not completely happy, but too overwhelmed with medical issues to spend more time on a sofa leg.

Absolutely AWFUL! . Bait and switch-false adds-RUDE and intimidating-unethical - we left and went elsewhere.I know where all the out of work car salesmen are working-at ART Van. This is a bizarre and twisted place.

I find Art Van furniture prices, selection and quality to be great. As soon as you walk in a sales representative greets you and offers assistance. But if you do not need it they do not push you into being helped. Since I bought multiple pieces of furniture they lowered the overall price of the furniture for me. Delivery is very prompt (next day sometimes available at no additional cost) and costs just $50 for the entire order. The delivery men were also very nice, and also efficient in delivering and setting up our furniture.

Not great. I bought a bedroom set and mattress, mattress is King Coil - no complaints, delivered on time. Bedroom set - I was told I would be contacted for delivery in one week - they never called, so I called them, the bedroom set was back ordered, it would be 4-6 weeks. I really liked the set so I waited. At 8 weeks I was told it was on "back-order 4-6 weeks" exactly same story as last time I called. I cancelled my order and got a full refund. Customer service was non-existent, I am VERY glad that I only paid deposit prior to "delivery" I would be very reluctant to buy from them again.
