It went perfect.

Well, when i was shopping around, I was told by sales associate that they would rip out the carpet, patch the tiles, then pour a leveler over the entire floor. The floor was patched, but no leveler poured over. Because of this, you can see the patching underneath the flooring. It is extremely wavy and bumpy. On top of this, one room wasn't adhered properly and the moldings were laid against the wall but never nailed in. If the prep of the floor underneath is going to show through, they should of informed me of this and i would of chose another type of floor. It looks terrible and its been really hard trying to get this fixed. Two times i was told that a floor guy was coming out, i took off work, and they were no shows. I was out a days pay waiting for  someone to show up. No apologies for their screw ups or anything. Im ready to just have my lawyer start dealing with them.

We haven't shopped for mattresses in years and were very pleasantly surprised with the courteous assistance without the feeling of being pursued or hunted down by Sales Personnel. We don't like to shop but this experience was very pleasant.

Jamie did an excellent job of explaining the details and evaluating our needs with respect to the mattress. He spent nearly three hours in the process and we did not feel pressured or rushed at all. We were able to take the time to try out different mattress and pillow scenarios and take time to talk about the purchase and decide whether or not to purchase then or shop elsewhere.

We had shopped elsewhere beforehand and were wrestling with the idea of having to carry the mattresses ourselves to the two different location that we needed them taken to.

The free delivery was a real help. There was one in stock Sunday and we were sleeping on it at home on Monday.

The delivery men Sean and Rick were very professional and timely in their delivery and installation.

They kept us informed of exactly when to expect them and they did the work quickly with a smile and a great attitude.

They put the icing on the cake for the whole experience.

We are already telling others about it in case they need mattresses at this time as well.

See above for Mattress Same day bought recliner Love seat, supposed to have stain prooff. I think I would do it myself next time. We didn't feel we got much of a break on price...it was obvious we really liked the Loveseat . This was a different salesperson from the mattress salesperson. Delivery was free for mattress but not for Love seat. We questioned that since they would be shipped on same truck. We were told they would come from two different locations, so had to pay delivery charge for Loveseat . Two days later we were called with inquiry as to why we wanted two different deliveries since both items could come on same truck/same day. I'm sure we were given no break on shipping. Delivery people fast, efficient and friendly...in and out.b

Their furniture is not as well built as they are priced. They have good sales agents who take their time with their customers. I guess the problem is the quality of their products. When we got the piece of furniture back we found that the cushion which needed to be fixed was showed with a thicker piece of cushion. They told me that it would eventually break down. You can see that the couch is not correct. You can see there is a difference between the two seats. We were not happy with that. They are pretty prompt in taking care of their customer's problems. They are professional.

THEY HAD TO COME TO MY HOME TWO SEPARATE TIMES TO FIX THE SAME THING. THEY RESPONDED BOTH TIMES IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE PRICING WAS GOOD FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK. I HAVE NOT HAD ANYMORE PROBLEMS.

I HAVE AN OLDER CURIO CABINET, AND IT IS HARD TO FIND SOMEONE THAT WILL REPAIR THAT KIND OF STUFF. THEY CAME TO MY HOME AND SANDED IT DOWN AND REFINISHED IT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND IT LOOKS BRAND NEW.

THE JOB WAS DONE REALLY FAST. HE DID A GOOD JOB AT MAKING SURE NOT TO RIP MY SOFA. HE COULD LOWER THE PRICE FOR A MINOR JOB LIKE THIS. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND IT ONLY TOOK THEM ONE DAY TO RESPOND TO MY CALL.
