Came on time. Went to some extra trouble because he thought that some screws he had in the truck would look better than the ones that came with the locksets. He had to machine an old knob I had to go with the new faceplates, and had that capability in the truck.

The locksmith (whose name I fail to remember) not only changed the locks and had our keys within 45 minutes, but he also took the time to fix some sticky locks on the front door and a sticky jamb on the side door. He also offered some advice on locks to purchase if we were to replace any of the ones on our doors. He was courteous and prompt. I'd trust him to change my locks anytime.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, I TOLD THEM WHEN I WAS MOVING IN AND THEY HAD THE LOCKS CHANGED BEFORE I HAD ANY OF MY THINGS IN THERE. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND HE EVEN DELIVERED MY NEW KEYS TO ME.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AT MAKING MY KEY. THEY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT WHEN I WALKED INTO THEIR STORE. I GOT SERVICE RIGHT AWAY. THE KEY WORKS GREAT AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
